Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools BACKGROUND 1. Scope of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a hanging tag for tools, and more particularly to an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools. 2. Description of the associated prior art
[0002] An anti-theft hanging tag is a type of security device used for retail merchandise that can prevent goods from being stolen or taken away without going through the checkout. This type of hanging tag is generally attached to the merchandise, particularly in open retail environments such as supermarkets or hardware stores.
[0003] In the design of the anti-theft hanging tag for scissors, common methods include using a strap to firmly fix the scissors to a paper base plate, or wrapping part of the scissors with a foam wrap and then using a stapler to firmly fix the foam wrap to the paper base plate to ensure the anti-theft function.
[0004] However, these methods pose environmental protection problems when implemented. For example, when the straps are removed to access the scissors, the straps become difficult-to-recycle waste, thus placing a burden on the environment. Similarly, when the foam sleeve is removed from the paper base plate, its primary composition of plastics also makes it difficult to recycle, which also raises environmental protection concerns. Furthermore, since the materials of the strap and the foam sleeve differ from those of the paper base plate, they must be manufactured separately, which not only increases production costs but also highlights the disadvantage of the poor cost-effectiveness of the hanging tag manufacturing process. SUMMARY
[0005] An objective of the present invention is to propose an anti-theft suspended tag structure for tools, which is primarily aimed at solving one or more of the aforementioned problems.
[0006] To achieve the above objective, the present invention relates to an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools, which comprises: a base plate made of paper material and comprising two first locking holes and two second holes blocking respectively corresponding to the first two locking holes; and a positioning element made of paper material and comprising a main body part, two first insertion arms and two second insertion arms corresponding to the first insertion arms, in which each of the first insertion arms comprises a first insertion arm part extending from the main body part and inserted through a corresponding first locking hole among the first locking holes, and a first hook part extending from the first insertion arm part and engaging with a peripheral edge of a corresponding first locking hole among the first locking holes, each of the second insertion arms comprises a second insertion arm part extending from the main body part and inserted through a corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes, and a second hook part extending from the second insertion arm part and engaging with a peripheral edge of the corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes.
[0007] The advantages of the present invention lie in the fact that: the positioning element inserts its insertion arms into the locking holes of the base plate, thus effectively preventing the positioning element used to position the tool from falling off the base plate, ensuring the anti-theft effect. Furthermore, since both the positioning element and the base plate are made of paper, they can be manufactured in a single step during the same production process. This not only reduces production costs but also minimizes the environmental impact once the positioning element is removed from the base plate, since both are made of recyclable materials.
[0008] Preferably, the first hook parts and the second hook parts of the positioning element are fixed to the base plate, for example by gluing, cold pressing or the like.
[0009] In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the present invention also relates to an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools, comprising: a base plate made of paper material, having two first locking holes and two second locking holes respectively corresponding to the first two locking holes, each of the first two locking holes being divided into a first lower hole section and a first upper hole section; a positioning element made of paper material and comprising a main body part, two first insertion arms and two second insertion arms corresponding to the first insertion arms, in which each of the first insertion arms comprises a first insertion arm part extending from the main body part and inserted through the first lower hole section, and a first hook part extending from the first insertion arm part and having an inner end engaging with a peripheral edge of a corresponding first locking hole among the first locking holes, each of the second insertion arms includes a second insertion arm part extending from the main body part and inserted through a corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes, and a second hook part extending from the second insertion arm part and having an inner end engaging with a peripheral edge of the corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes; and a limiting label fixed to the base plate and covering the first two upper hole sections to prevent the positioning element from detaching from the base plate.
[0010] The advantages of the present invention are as follows: the positioning element is firmly inserted into the locking holes of the base plate by means of its insertion arms and is fixed to the base plate according to the structural design of the tamper-evident label. In this way, it effectively prevents the positioning element used to position the tool from falling off the base plate, thus ensuring the anti-theft effect. Furthermore, since both the positioning element and the base plate are made of paper, they can be manufactured in a single step during the same production process, which not only reduces production costs but also, after the positioning element is removed from the base plate, minimizes the environmental impact, since both are made of recyclable materials.
[0011] In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the present invention also relates to an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools, which comprises: a base plate made of paper material, having two first locking holes and two second locking holes respectively corresponding to the first two locking holes, each of the two second locking holes being divided into a second lower hole section and a second upper hole section;a positioning element made of paper material and comprising a main body part, two first insertion arms and two second insertion arms corresponding to the first insertion arms, in which each of the first insertion arms comprises a first insertion arm part extending from the main body part and inserted through the first lower hole section, and a first hook part extending from the first insertion arm part and having an inner end engaging with a peripheral edge of a corresponding first locking hole among the first locking holes, each of the second insertion arms comprises a second insertion arm part extending from the main body part and inserted through the second lower hole section, and a; second part hook extending from the second part insertion arm and having an inner end engaging with a peripheral edge of the corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes; and a limiting label fixed to the base plate and covering the two upper second hole sections to prevent the positioning element from detaching from the base plate.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0017] With reference to Figures 1 to 3, the first embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-theft hanging tag structure for a tool suitable for attaching a tool 10, illustrated by way of example, but not limited to, scissors. The tool 10 comprises a ring handle portion 11 and a working portion 12 connected to the ring handle portion 11. The anti-theft hanging tag structure for the tool essentially comprises a base plate 20, a positioning element 30, and a tamper-evident tag 40.
[0018] The base plate 20 is made of paper material and comprises three first locking holes 21 spaced transversely and formed longitudinally, as well as three second locking holes 22 located below the first locking holes 21 and corresponding to them. In this embodiment, each of the first locking holes 21 is divided into a lower first hole section 211 and an upper first hole section 212. In addition, a horizontally arranged pressure strip portion 23 is provided above the respective first locking holes 21. As shown in [Fig. 2], the pressure strip portion 23 is used for inserting and positioning the working portion 12 of the tool 10.
[0019] The positioning element 30 is made of paper material and comprises a main body part 31, two first insertion arms 32 and two second insertion arms 33 corresponding to the first insertion arms 32. Each of the first insertion arms 32 comprises a first insertion arm part 321 extending rearward from the main body part 31 and inserted through the first lower hole section 211, and a first hook part 322 extending downward from the first insertion arm part 321 and located on another side of the base plate 20. The inner end of the first hook part 322 engages with the peripheral edge of a corresponding first locking hole among the first locking holes 21.Each of the second insertion arms 33 is located under a corresponding first insertion arm among the first insertion arms 32 and comprises a second insertion arm part 331 extending rearward from the main body part 31 and inserted through a corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes 22, and a second hook part 332 extending downward from the second insertion arm part 331 and located on another side of the base plate 20. The inner end of the second hook part 332 engages with the peripheral edge of the corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes 22. In this embodiment, as shown in [Fig.2], the main body part 31, the first two insertion arms 32, the second two insertion arms 33 of the positioning element 30 and the base plate 20 collectively form a positioning space A which covers the annular handle part 11 of the tool 10. .
[0020] The limitation label 40 is fixed to the base plate 20 and covers the first two upper hole sections 212 to prevent the positioning element 30 from detaching from the base plate 20. In this embodiment, the limitation label 40 is made of paper material and is in the form of a sticker, but not limited to it.
[0021] The foregoing describes the structure and configuration of the main components in the first embodiment of the present invention. The operating mode and efficiency of the present invention are described below.
[0022] Referring again to Figures 1 and 2, insert the working portion 12 of the tool 10 through the pressure band portion 23 of the base plate 20, and ensure that the annular handle portion 11 of the tool 10 is located between the first two locking holes 21 and the second two locking holes 22 of the base plate 20, so that the tool 10 is initially positioned on the base plate 20 by the pressure band portion 23. Then insert the first insertion arms 32 and the second insertion arms 33 of the positioning element 30 into the first locking holes 21 and the second locking holes 22 of the base plate 20, respectively, so that the positioning space A of the positioning element 30 covers the portion annular handle 11, and that the first hook parts 322 and the second hook parts 332 of the positioning element 30 pass through respectively the first locking holes 21 and the second locking holes 22 and are located on another side of the base plate 20, as illustrated in [Fig.4].
[0023] With reference to [Fig. 5], then move the positioning element 30 downwards. In particular, pass the first insertion arm parts 321 of the positioning element 30 through the first lower hole sections 211 of the base plate 20, and cause the inner ends of the first hook parts 322 and the second hook parts 332 to engage with the peripheral edges of the first locking holes 21 and the second locking holes 22, respectively.
[0024] Referring to [Fig.3], finally, fix the limiting label 40 on the base plate 20 to cover the first two upper hole sections 212. At this moment, the lateral displacement of the first insertion arm 32 of the positioning element 30 relative to the base plate 20 is limited by the first hook parts 322, preventing detachment, and the longitudinal displacement of the first insertion arm 32 of the positioning element 30 relative to the base plate 20 is limited by the limiting label 40, preventing detachment. Therefore, the positioning element 30 is firmly inserted into the locking holes of the base plate 20 via its insertion arms and is fixed to the base plate 20 via the structural design of the limiting label 40, thus effectively preventing the positioning element 30 for positioning the tool 10 from falling off the base plate 20 and ensuring the anti-theft effect.
[0025] The present invention has at least the following advantages:
[0026] First, production costs are reduced.
[0027] Since the positioning element 30 and the base plate 20 of the present invention are both made of paper, they can be manufactured in a single step during the same production process. In other words, the positioning element 30 and the base plate 20 are cut together at appropriate positions on the same piece of cardboard and then folded into shape. Consequently, the positioning element 30 and the base plate 20 do not need to be manufactured separately, which effectively reduces production costs.
[0028] Secondly, the environmental impact is reduced.
[0029] Since the positioning element 30 and the base plate 20 of the present invention are both made of paper materials, which are recyclable materials, the positioning element 30 can be recycled after being removed from the base plate 20, thereby reducing the impact on the environment.
[0030] Thirdly, brand promotion is improved.
[0031] Since the positioning element 30 mainly uses the main body part 31 and the insertion arms in association with the base plate 20 to position the working part 12 of the tool 10, a display area can be defined on the outer surface of the main body part 31 of the positioning element 30. It is possible to print or stick on the display area brands, slogans and other text designs as needed, in order to improve the brand promotion effects.
[0032] With reference to [Fig. 6], an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools provided by the second embodiment of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that:
[0033] The two second locking holes 22 of the base plate 20 are each divided into a second lower hole section 221 and a second upper hole section 222.
[0034] The two second insertion arms 33 of the positioning element 30 each comprise a second insertion arm part 331 inserted through a corresponding second lower hole section among the second lower hole sections 221, and a second hook part 332 extending downwards from the second insertion arm part 331 and whose inner end engages with the peripheral edge of the corresponding second locking hole among the second locking holes 22.
[0035] The limiting label 40 is fixed to the base plate 20 and covers the two upper second hole sections 222 to prevent the positioning element 30 from detaching from the base plate 20.
[0036] With reference to [Fig. 7], an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools provided by the third embodiment of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that:
[0037] In addition to being fixed to the base plate 20, the restriction tag 40 also fixes the first hook portions 322 of the positioning element 30 to the base plate 20 and seals the first two locking holes 21 of the base plate 20, but is not limited to this. The restriction tag 40 can also fix the respective second hook portions 332 of the positioning element 30 to the base plate 20 and seal the second two locking holes 22 of the base plate 20. Of course, the restriction tag 40 can also fix all or part of the first hook portions 322 and the second hook portions 332 of the positioning element 30 to the base plate 20, so that the positioning element 30 cannot be detached from the base plate 20, thus providing an alternative anti-theft structural design.
[0038] With reference to [Fig. 8], an anti-theft hanging tag structure for tools provided by the fourth embodiment of the present invention differs from the first embodiment in that:
[0039] In the fourth embodiment, the application of the tamper-evident label is eliminated, further reducing production and material costs. In other words, thanks to the first hook sections 322 and the second hook sections 332 of the positioning element 30, which engage with the peripheral edges of the first locking holes 21 and the second locking holes 22 of the base plate 20, respectively, the positioning element 30 for positioning the tool is effectively prevented from falling off the base plate 20, thus ensuring, but not limited to, the anti-theft effect. The first hook sections 322 and the second hook sections 332 of the positioning element 30 can also be simultaneously attached to the base plate 20 by means of adhesive, double-sided tape, or cold pressing, which can provide an even greater anti-theft effect.
