2. Device (100;400) according to claim 1, characterized in that the target pH value is 0.4 to 0.6 lower than the initial pH value, preferably 0.5 lower.
3. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the control unit (104;402): • increases the injection frequency and / or the duration of CO2 injection when the measured pH is lower than said target pH; and • reduces the injection frequency and / or the duration of CO2 injection when the measured pH is higher than said target pH.
4. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an initial injection frequency is preconfigured in the control unit (104;402), the initial frequency being preconfigured so as to achieve a number of CO2 injections per liter of water between 8 and 12, preferably equal to 10.
5. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one initial injection time is preconfigured in the control unit (104;402), said initial injection time being between 6 and HO milliseconds.
6. Device (100;400) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that a plurality of initial injection durations, each associated with a distinct pH value, are preconfigured in the control unit (104;402), in which one of said initial injection durations is chosen by the control unit (104;402) according to the associated pH value and the initial pH value.
7. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the injection frequency is preconfigured in the control unit (104;402) as modifiable so as to achieve a number of CO2 injections per liter of water between 5 and 15.
8. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the injection time is preconfigured in the control unit (104;402) as modifiable between 4 and 300 milliseconds.
9. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the injection module (108;108) comprises a non-return means (206;206) for permitting the passage CO2 in one direction and prevent the passage of water in the opposite direction.
10. Device (100;400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one mixing element is a helical mixing propeller (308) intended to be disposed in a cylindrical element of the mixing filter (112;112;112) through which potable water flows.
11. Device (100;400) according to the preceding claim, characterized in that at least one mixing element is a mixing helix (308) comprising a plurality of helical sections, each section being offset from the previous section by an angle between 45° and 135°, preferably between 80° and 100°.
12. A method for treating limescale present in drinking water, comprising at least one iteration of the following steps: • measurement by an electronic flow meter (106; 106) of a drinking water flow rate in a drinking water pipe (102), • transmission of said measured flow rate to a control unit (104; 402), • actuation by the control unit (104; 402) of a solenoid valve disposed between a CO2 source and a CO2 injection module (108; 108), said injection module (108; 108) being disposed on said pipe (102) downstream of the flow meter (106; 106) and upstream of a mixing filter (112; 112), said actuation controlling: • a CO2 injection frequency, indexed to said measured flow rate, and • a CO2 injection duration, • measurement of the pH by a probe (114; 114) pH measuring electronics disposed on said pipe downstream of said mixing filter (112;112;112), • transmission of said measured pH to one of the control units (104;402); and • modification, if necessary, of the frequency of CO2 injection and / or the duration of CO2 injection as a function of the measured pH and a pH value, called target pH, determined as a function of a previously measured water pH without CO2 injection, called initial pH.;
