Composition according to claim 1, wherein the cationic surfactant is selected from the fatty amidoamines corresponding to the following formula (I) and their salts: RCONHR"N(R')2 (I) in which R is an acyclic, linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl group containing from 16 to 22 carbon atoms; R" is a divalent hydrocarbon radical containing less than 6 carbon atoms; and the R's, which may be identical or different, represent a hydrocarbon radical containing less than 6 carbon atoms, preferably, the cationic surfactant is selected from oleamidopropyl dimethylamine, stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, isostearamidopropyl dimethylamine, stearamidoethyl dimethylamine, behenamidopropyl dimethylamine, palmitamidopropyl dimethylamine, brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine, stearamidoethyl diethylamine, and mixtures thereof.

3. Composition according to any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the fatty compound is selected from C14-C20 fatty alcohols, C14-C20 fatty acids and mixtures thereof, preferably selected from C14-C18 fatty alcohols.

Composition according to claims 1 to 3, wherein tephrosia purpurea seed extract is present in an amount from 0.0001% by weight to 10% by weight, preferably from 0.0005% by weight to 5% by weight, more preferably from 0.001% by weight to 3% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition.

5. Composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the niacinamide derivative is selected from 2-chloronicotinamide, 6-methylnicotinamide, 6-aminonicotinamide, N-methylnicotinamide, N,N- dimethylnicotinamide, N-(hydroxymethyl)nicotinamide, quinolinenic acid imide, nicotinanilide, N-benzylnicotinamide, N-ethylnicotinamide, nifenazone, nicotinaldehyde, isonicotinic acid, methylisonicotinic acid, thionicotinamide, nialamide, 2-mercaptonicotinic acid, nicomol, niaprazine, methyl nicotinate, sodium nicotinate, and mixtures thereof.

6. Composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising water.

7. Composition according to claim 1, comprising, in relation to the total weight of the composition: a) 0.8% by weight to 5% by weight of at least one cationic surfactant selected from stearamidopropyl dimethylamine, brassicamidopropyl dimethylamine, and mixtures thereof; b) 0.4% by weight to 5% by weight of at least one fatty compound selected from C14-C18 fatty alcohols; c) 0.001% by weight to 3% by weight of tephrosia purpurea seed extract; d) 0.005% by weight to 8% by weight of niacinamide.

8. Non-therapeutic process for cleaning and / or caring for keratinous materials, comprising the application of the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 on keratinous materials.

9. Use of a compound selected from niacinamide and its derivatives to enhance the ability of a tephrosia purpurea seed extract to prevent and / or reduce hair loss.

Use according to claim 9, wherein the niacinamide derivative is selected from 2-chloronicotinamide, 6-methylnicotinamide, 6-aminonicotinamide, N-methylnicotinamide, N,N-dimethylnicotinamide, N-(hydroxymethyl)nicotinamide, quinolinenic acid imide, nicotinanilide, N-benzylnicotinamide, N-ethylnicotinamide, nifenazone, nicotinaldehyde, isonicotinic acid, methylisonicotinic acid, thionicotinamide, nialamide, 2-mercaptonicotinic acid, nicomol, niaprazine, methyl nicotinate, sodium nicotinate, and mixtures thereof.
