Abstract

EMULSION COMPOSITION COMPRISING A CATIONIC POLYMER AND INORGANIC POWDERS The present invention relates to an emulsion composition comprising: (a) at least one cationic polymer in an amount of 0.8% by weight or more relative to the total weight of the composition; (b) at least one monovalent nonpolymeric acid or one of its salts; (c) at least one oil; (d) at least one fatty acid; (e) at least one inorganic UV filter; and (f) at least one polyol. The present invention may provide an emulsion composition that can offer dispersed inorganic UV filters even without the use of surfactants. Figure for abstract: none
