Catalyst comprising an active phase comprising palladium and nickel, and a support comprising at least titanium dioxide, characterized in that the palladium content is between 0.1 and 8% by weight as elemental palladium relative to the total weight of the catalyst, the nickel content is between 1 and 20% by weight as elemental nickel relative to the total weight of the catalyst, said molar ratio between palladium and nickel being between 0.001 and 5 mol / mol.
