Abstract

The invention relates to a motor vehicle comprising a front axle and a rear axle whose points of contact with the ground define a base plane (XY) defined by a first longitudinal direction (X) corresponding to straight-line travel, by a second transverse direction (Y) orthogonal to the first longitudinal direction (X), and a third vertical direction (Z) orthogonal to the first direction (X) and the second direction (Y) and oriented away from the ground. The chassis comprises a front frame (1) including at least one end, said front frame (1) being positioned longitudinally along the first direction (X). The vehicle is characterized in that the front of the vehicle comprises a reinforcing piece (2), said reinforcing piece (2) being fixed to said end of the front frame (1) on one side and to said beam (5) on the other.
