Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Packaging for cosmetic adhesive tape kits Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to packaging intended for the packaging of adhesive strips for cosmetic use. Technical background
[0002] It is known to use adhesive strips, also called "patches," generally made of silicone, to cosmetically treat facial wrinkles by applying them to the skin. These adhesive strips allow for localized skin tightening.
[0003] These adhesive strips come in different shapes, depending on the wrinkles they are designed to correct. In particular, some strips have a bean-shaped profile. Other strips are lip-shaped.
[0004] Existing adhesive tape packaging is not always practical. For example, if the packaging contains several different types of adhesive tape, the user must search for and sort the tapes inside the package when they want to use them. Providing separate packaging for the different types of adhesive tape increases the handling operations during packaging and negatively impacts the product's environmental footprint.
[0005] There is a need for improved packaging that is simple to manufacture and convenient for the user. Summary of the invention
[0006] The invention provides packaging configured to receive at least one kit of adhesive strips for cosmetic use, the packaging comprising: - a container intended to hold at least one kit of adhesive strips, the container having a recess and a main opening, - a lid which is linked to an edge of the container by means of a hinge element so as to be able to pivot between a closed state in which the lid blocks the main opening and at least one open state which allows access to the main opening to allow a user to grasp the adhesive strips, in which the recess is delimited by a transverse bottom wall and by a peripheral axial wall, and in which the recess includes a pillar which is arranged at a distance from the peripheral axial wall so that, in the closed state, an inner face of the lid rests on the pillar.
[0007] According to other features of the invention:
[0008] - the axial dimension of the pillar is equal to the axial thickness of the axial wall peripheral;
[0009] - the pillar has at least one notch suitable for transversely retaining a strip adhesive;
[0010] - the axial wall of the pillar has two symmetrical notches, distributed on either side and on the other hand an axial plane of symmetry of the container, so as to be able to retain transversely two adhesive strips arranged symmetrically with respect to the axial plane of symmetry;
[0011] - the axial wall of the pillar has a convex face adapted to retain transversely an adhesive strip with a profile notch complementary to the curved face;
[0012] - the pillar has a flat intermediate axial bearing surface at its top;
[0013] - the peripheral axial wall of the recess comprises several profile sections distinct, in a transverse plane, the sections of the peripheral axial wall each having a profile complementary to a part of the adhesive strip.
[0014] The invention also proposes a cosmetic treatment device comprising: - packaging according to any one of the preceding characteristics, - at least one kit of adhesive strips for cosmetic use positioned in the recess.
[0015] According to other features of the cosmetic treatment device:
[0016] - the adhesive strip kit comprises two initial adhesive strips intended to the smile lines, the profile of each first adhesive strip having the shape of a bean with a rounded end arranged opposite an associated notch of the pillar, the first two adhesive strips being arranged symmetrically with respect to the axial plane of symmetry so as to be held transversely on one side by an associated section of the peripheral axial wall and on the other by the pillar;
[0017] - the adhesive strip kit includes at least one second adhesive strip intended to the lip wrinkles, the profile of the second adhesive strip having a notch whose profile is complementary to the convex face of the pillar, the second adhesive strip being arranged in the recess so as to be held transversely on one side by an associated section of the peripheral axial wall and on the other by the pillar. [0023] In the description that follows, identical, similar or analogous elements will be designated by the same reference numerals.
[0024] Figures 1 to 4 show an example of the realization of a package 10 configured to receive at least one kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16, for cosmetic use.
[0025] Figures 1 and 2 show the package 10 in its open state when empty. Figure 3 shows the package 10 in its open state when it contains a kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16.
[0026] Fig. 4 represents the package 10 in the closed state.
[0027] The kit 12 here includes two first adhesive strips 14 intended for smile lines, that is to say, intended to be positioned preferably on each side of a user's mouth. Each first adhesive strip 14 here has a bean-shaped profile.
[0028] The kit 12 here includes two second adhesive strips 16 intended for mouth wrinkles, that is to say, intended to be positioned preferably above and below the mouth of a user. Each second adhesive strip 16 has a profile generally shaped like lips. The two second adhesive strips 16 form a mouth-shaped profile when placed side by side in the packaging 10.
[0029] The package 10 is now described in its open state as shown in [Fig.1].
[0030] The package 10 includes a container 18 intended to contain at least one kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16 placed in a recess 20. The container 18 has a main opening 22 intended to be closed by a pivoting lid 24.
[0031] In the remainder of the description, a principal axial direction Al will be used, by way of non-limiting agreement, which here extends vertically and perpendicularly to the plane of the main opening 22, that is to say from bottom to top, considering Figures 1 to 4. Elements will be described as transverse when they are contained in a plane perpendicular to the main axial direction Al.
[0032] The lid 24 is linked to a transverse edge 26 of the container 18 by means of a hinge element 28 so as to be able to pivot between a closed state, illustrated by [Fig.4], in which the lid 24 closes the main opening 22, and at least one open state which allows access to the main opening 22 to allow a user to grasp the adhesive strips 14, 16. The pivot axis A2 of the lid is here transverse and extends along the transverse edge 26.
[0033] Advantageously, the container 18 and the lid 24 are made in one piece by molding from plastic material. The hinge element 28 is formed here by a film of material obtained during molding, the film of material having a thickness and stiffness much lower than the thickness of the material used for the walls of the container 18 and the lid 24, to facilitate bending at the hinge element 28.
[0034] In [Fig.1], the container 18 and the lid 20 are represented globally in the same transverse plane, for example as they come out of their manufacturing mold.
[0035] According to the example shown, the container 18 has an overall capital D profile in a transverse plane, and the hinge element 28 extends along the straight edge of the capital D. In addition, the lid 24 also has a capital D profile and completely covers the upper surface of the container 18 when closed.
[0036] The cover 24 is here flat in shape and designed to rest, by its inner face 29, on a transverse peripheral rim 30 surrounding the main opening 22.
[0037] The recess 20 is delimited by a transverse bottom wall 32 and by a peripheral axial wall 34.
[0038] It is noted that the packaging 10 is intended to have a relatively reduced axial thickness in proportion to its transverse dimension, since it is designed to contain adhesive strips 14, 16 forming relatively thin sheets of material.
[0039] Advantageously, the recess 20 includes a pillar 36, or block, which is arranged at a distance from the peripheral axial wall 34.
[0040] The pillar 36 is shaped and positioned so as to be able to retain the adhesive strips 14, 16 transversely inside the recess 20. The adhesive strips 14, 16 can thus be placed in the recess 20 and be retained, each on one side by the peripheral axial wall 34 and on the other by a portion of the surface of the pillar 36.
[0041] Furthermore, the pillar 36 is provided to supply an intermediate axial bearing surface 38 on which the cover 24 can rest, near the central area of the recess 20, in order to prevent the cover 24 from resting directly on the adhesive strips 14, 16 contained in container 18. This intermediate axial support surface 38 is here flat and contained in a transverse plane.
[0042] According to the example shown, the axial dimension of the pillar 36 is equal to the axial thickness of the peripheral axial wall 34.
[0043] Advantageously, the axial wall of the pillar 36 has two symmetrical notches 40, distributed on either side of an axial plane of symmetry SI of the container 18. This axial plane of symmetry SI corresponds to the plane of symmetry of the capital D shape. As illustrated in [Fig. 3] where the adhesive strips 14, 16 are present, each notch 40 has a curved transverse profile that is complementary to the adjacent curved profile belonging to the first associated adhesive strip 14.
[0044] The axial wall of the pillar 36 also has a convex face 42 suitable for transversely retaining the second adjacent adhesive strip 16 which is here provided with a notch 44 of complementary profile to the convex face 42.
[0045] Advantageously, the peripheral axial wall 34 of the recess 20 comprises several sections 46, 48, 50 of distinct profiles, in a transverse plane.
[0046] A first section 46 is shaped according to a portion of the first adjacent adhesive strip 14, in opposition to the associated notch 40, so that said first adhesive strip 14 is retained transversely between the first section 46 and the associated notch 40.
[0047] A second section 48 is shaped symmetrically to the first section 46, with respect to the plane of symmetry SI, to be opposite the other notch 40 of the pillar 36.
[0048] The first adhesive strips 14 can thus be arranged symmetrically in the recess 20, on either side of the plane of symmetry SL. It is noted that the first two adhesive strips 14 of the kit 12 are here distinct and of symmetrical shapes when placed in the container 18.
[0049] A third section 50 is shaped along a portion of the second adjacent adhesive strip 16, opposite the curved face 42, so that the second adhesive strips 16 are held transversely between the third section 50 and the curved face 42.
[0050] The assembly consisting of the packaging 10 and the kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16 thus forms a cosmetic treatment device.
[0051] The packaging 10 according to the invention is easy to manufacture by molding.
[0052] Depending on the axial depth of the recess 20, the packaging 10 allows several kits 12 to be stored stacked on top of each other, while allowing easy handling by the user.
[0053] The packaging 10 is particularly compact and limits the use of material, thus promoting its ecological footprint, while offering optimal protection to the adhesive strips 14, 16.
