Retractable paddle traction device

Abstract

The invention is a vehicle traction device comprising retractable blades or protrusions that can be used to assist in vehicle traction by their pressure on a fluid or granular medium such as sand, snow, mud, or loose soil, and / or to harness kinetic energy by the rotation of such a blade or protrusion in a fluid or granular medium. The main applications are land vehicles capable of adapting their tread to conserve energy at low speeds, widening it, or equipping it with protruding treads when necessary, and also for traveling in mud or on or in water, such as a motor vehicle, a boat capable of navigating shallow waters, a submarine, or an aircraft capable of landing on a beach or on water. Claims
