Abstract

Rocket launcher control system comprising a storage unit having one or more supercapacitors. Control system (16) for rocket launcher (12), comprising: - a human-machine interface (20) for entering firing parameters and including an integrated electric battery (26), - a control device (22) for receiving firing parameters, and an incoming electric current (34) from the integrated electric battery, the control device comprising: a regulation unit (38) for producing an electric current to be stored (40); a storage unit (42) having one or more supercapacitors (44) for receiving the electric current to be stored in the supercapacitor(s) and for producing a release electric current (46); a conditioning unit (48) for receiving the release electric current and for producing an output electric current (36) intended to be sent to the rocket launcher.Figure for the abbreviation: figure 2.

Claims

a recharge of the storage unit (42), each of the time intervals having a duration of at least 50 ms, preferably at least 100 ms.

10. Assembly (10) comprising: - a control system (16) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, - a rocket launcher (12) adapted to launch at least one rocket (14), and - a cable (18) adapted to electrically connect the control system (16) to the rocket launcher (12), the rocket launcher (12) being adapted to receive the output electrical current (36) at an output power, and for at least a part of the output power to be used to trigger said launch.

Method for controlling a rocket launcher (12), comprising the following steps: - obtaining a control system (16) according to any one of claims 1 to 8 or an assembly according to claim 9, the human-machine interface (20) and the control device (22) being electrically connected to each other, - input of firing parameters using the human-machine interface (20), - reception, by the control device (22), of the firing parameters, - reception, by the control device (22), of the incoming electric current (34) from the integrated electric battery (26), - reception and regulation of the incoming electric current (34) by the regulation unit (38), and production of the electric current to be stored (40), - reception of the electric current to be stored (40) by the storage unit (42), - production, by the storage unit (42), of the release electric current (46);- reception, by the conditioning unit (48), of the destocking electrical current (46), and production of the output electrical current (36), and - sending the output electrical current (36) to the rocket launcher (12).;
