Abstract

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CLASSIFYING ACTIVE AGENTS Systems, apparatus, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for classifying a plurality of active agents applied to cells of interest. In one embodiment, the method may include a genetic or multi-marker OMICS analysis (410) of a plurality of treated cell portions, each of the treated cell portions being treated with one or more of a plurality of active agents. The method may include the determination (412) of a rank for each of the plurality of active agents for one or more selected traits based on the application of the multi-marker OMICS analysis to an expression model for the one or more selected traits.
