However, the example embodiments can be implemented in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete and will fully convey the concepts of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. Like reference numerals in the figures represent identical or similar structures, and thus their detailed descriptions will be omitted. Furthermore, the figures are merely schematic illustrations of the present disclosure and are not necessarily drawn to scale.
[0119] Although relative terms such as "upper" and "lower" are used in this specification to describe the relationship of one illustrated component to another, these terms are used herein for convenience only, such as in accordance with the orientation of the illustrations in the accompanying drawings. It will be understood that if the illustrated device were flipped upside down, the component described as "upper" would become the component "lower." When a structure is referred to as "on" another structure, this may mean that the structure is integrally formed with the other structure, that the structure is "directly" disposed on the other structure, or that the structure is "indirectly" disposed on the other structure via the other structure.
[0120] The terms "a", "an", "the", "said" and "at least one" are used to indicate the presence of one or more elements / components / etc.; the terms "including" and "having" are used to express open-ended inclusion and mean that additional elements / components / etc. may be present in addition to the listed elements / components / etc.; the terms "first", "second" and "third" etc. are used only as labels and are not intended to limit the quantity of their objects.
[0121] In this application, unless otherwise specified or limited, the term "connected" should be understood broadly. For example, "connected" can mean fixed, removable, or integrated; it can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediary. "And / or" simply describes the relationship between related objects, indicating that three relationships can exist. For example, A and / or B can mean: A exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, or B exists alone. Additionally, the character " / " in this document generally indicates that the related objects are in an "or" relationship.

Specifically, a bending region BEND is connected to the fourth side region CB4, and the binding region BOD is connected to the bending region BEND, that is, the bending region BEND is connected between the binding region BOD and the fourth side region CB4.
[0126] 2 , the display panel may be bent at the bending area BEND, such that the binding area BOD is bent at a side of the display area AA away from the display surface.

In this exemplary embodiment, the integrated circuits may be a touch driver integrated circuit that generates and provides touch drive signals, and a touch sensing integrated circuit that receives touch signals, but the present invention is not limited to this. The touch driver chip 12 is connected to the binding pins 273 of the display panel to provide touch drive signals to the binding pins 273 and receive touch sensing signals fed back from the touch layer group 5.
[0130] As shown in Figure 3, the display panel may include a display substrate 100, and the display substrate 100 may include a base substrate 1, a driving backplane 2 and a light-emitting substrate 3. The driving backplane 2 is arranged on one side of the base substrate 1, and the light-emitting substrate 3 is arranged on the side of the driving backplane 2 away from the base substrate 1; a touch layer group 5 may be provided on the light-emitting side of the display substrate 100, that is, a touch layer group 5 is provided on the side of the light-emitting substrate 3 away from the base substrate 1; a polarizer 8 may be provided on the side of the touch layer group 5 away from the display substrate 100, and a cover plate 9 may be provided on the side of the polarizer 8 away from the display substrate 100.
[0131] The display substrate 100 can be an OLED (Organic Electroluminescence Display) display substrate 100, a QLED (Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode) display substrate 100, or the like. The display substrate 100 has a light-emitting side and a non-light-emitting side, which are disposed opposite each other. The light-emitting side can display an image, with the side displaying the image being the display surface. OLED display substrates 100 have the characteristics of self-luminescence, high brightness, wide viewing angles, fast response times, and the ability to manufacture full-color components (R, G, B). Therefore, they are considered a star product for next-generation displays.
[0132] The following description will be made using OLED as an example.
[0133] 3 , the driving backplane 2 may include a plurality of driving circuits arranged in an array, and the light-emitting substrate 3 may include a plurality of light-emitting devices arranged in an array. The driving circuits may drive the light-emitting devices to emit light.
[0134] The display substrate 100 may include a base substrate 1. The material of the base substrate 1 may include an inorganic material, for example, the inorganic material may be glass, quartz, or metal. The material of the base substrate 1 may also include an organic material, for example, the organic material may be a resin material such as polyimide, polycarbonate, polyacrylate, polyetherimide, polyethersulfone, polyethylene terephthalate, and polyethylene naphthalate. The base substrate 1 may be formed by multiple layers of material, for example, the base substrate 1 may include multiple base layers, and the material of the base layers may be any of the above-mentioned materials. Of course, the base substrate 1 may also be set as a single layer, and may be any of the above-mentioned materials.
[0135] As shown in Figure 3, a light shielding layer 21 can also be provided on one side of the base substrate 1. Light incident from the base substrate 1 into the active layer generates photogenerated carriers in the active layer, which in turn significantly affects the characteristics of the thin-film transistor and ultimately the image quality of the display device. The light shielding layer 21 can block the light incident from the base substrate 1, thereby preventing it from affecting the characteristics of the thin-film transistor and thus the image quality of the display device. Depending on the type of thin-film transistor, the light shielding layer 21 can be omitted.
[0136] A buffer layer 22 may also be formed on the side of the light-shielding layer 21 facing away from the base substrate 1. The buffer layer 22 serves to block moisture and impurity ions in the base substrate 1 (especially the organic material) and to increase hydrogen ions for the subsequently formed active layer. The buffer layer 22 is made of an insulating material and can insulate and isolate the light-shielding layer 21 from the active layer. The buffer layer 22 may include silicon nitride, silicon oxide, or silicon oxynitride. Depending on the type of base substrate 1 or process conditions, the buffer layer 22 may be omitted.
[0137] An active layer is provided on the side of the buffer layer 22 facing away from the base substrate 1. The active layer may include a channel portion 231 and conductor portions provided at both ends of the channel portion 231. One of the two conductor portions is a source electrode 232, and the other is a drain electrode 233. A gate insulating layer 24 is provided on the side of the active layer facing away from the base substrate 1. A gate electrode 25 is provided on the side of the gate insulating layer 24. An interlayer dielectric layer 26 is provided on the side of the gate electrode 25 facing away from the base substrate 1. A through hole is provided in the interlayer dielectric layer 26, which connects to the conductor portion. A first connecting conductor layer 27 is provided on the side of the interlayer dielectric layer 26 facing away from the base substrate 1. In the display area AA, the first connecting conductor layer 27 may include a source connecting line 271 and a drain connecting line 272. The source connecting line 271 is connected to the source electrode 232 through a via in the interlayer dielectric layer 26, and the drain connecting line 272 is connected to the drain electrode 233 through a via in the interlayer dielectric layer 26. A passivation layer 28 is provided on the side of the first connection conductor layer 27 facing away from the substrate 1. A through hole is provided in the passivation layer 28, which is connected to the source connection line 271. The channel portion 231, the gate 25, the source 232 and the drain 233 form a thin film transistor.
[0138] In other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a planarization layer is provided on the side of the first connecting conductor layer 27 facing away from the base substrate 1, and vias are also provided in the planarization layer. A second connecting conductor layer is provided on the side of the planarization layer facing away from the base substrate 1. In the display area AA, the second connecting conductor layer may include a second source connecting line and / or a second drain connecting line. The second source connecting line and the second drain connecting line are connected to the source connecting line 271 and the drain connecting line 272 respectively through the vias in the planarization layer. Of course, a third connecting conductor layer, a fourth connecting conductor layer, and so on may also be provided as needed.
[0139] It should be noted that the thin film transistors described in this specification are top-gate thin film transistors. In other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the thin film transistors may also be bottom-gate or dual-gate thin film transistors, and their specific structures are not described in detail here. Moreover, when using thin film transistors with opposite polarities or when the current direction changes during circuit operation, the functions of the "source 232" and "drain 233" are sometimes interchangeable. Therefore, in this specification, the "source 232" and "drain 233" may be interchangeable.
[0140] 3 , a light-emitting substrate 3 is provided on the side of the passivation layer 28 facing away from the base substrate 1 . The light-emitting substrate 3 may include a second electrode 34 , a pixel definition layer 32 , a light-emitting layer group 33 and a first electrode 31 .
[0141] Specifically, a second electrode 34 is provided on the side of the passivation layer 28 facing away from the base substrate 1 . The second electrode 34 is connected to the source connection line 271 of the driving backplane 2 through a through hole. The second electrode 34 may be an anode (pixel electrode).
[0142] A pixel definition layer 32 is provided on a side of the second electrode 34 facing away from the base substrate 1 . An opening is provided on the pixel definition layer 32 , and the opening is connected to the second electrode 34 , so that at least a portion of the second electrode 34 is exposed.
[0143] A light-emitting layer group 33 is disposed on the side of the pixel definition layer 32 facing away from the base substrate 1, with at least a portion of the light-emitting layer group 33 located within the opening. A first electrode 31 is disposed on the side of the light-emitting layer group 33 facing away from the base substrate 1. The first electrode 31 can be a cathode (common electrode). Each light-emitting layer group 33 within an opening emits light, forming a sub-pixel 35. The orthographic projection of the sub-pixel 35 on the display substrate 100 is the orthographic projection of the light-emitting layer group 33 within the opening. The display substrate 100 can include multiple sub-pixels 35.
[0144] The light-emitting layer group 33 may include a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer stacked in sequence. The hole injection layer is in contact with the second electrode 34, and the electron injection layer is in contact with the first electrode 31. Of course, in other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the light-emitting layer group 33 may include only a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, and an electron transport layer. The light-emitting layer group 33 may also have other structures, and its specific structure can be set as needed.
[0145] An encapsulation layer group 4 is provided on the side of the first electrode 31 facing away from the base substrate 1. The encapsulation layer group 4 can be multi-layered and include an organic layer 42 and an inorganic layer. Specifically, the encapsulation layer group 4 can include a first inorganic layer 41, an organic layer 42 provided on the side of the first inorganic layer 41 facing away from the base substrate 1, and a second inorganic layer 43 provided on the side of the organic layer 42 facing away from the base substrate 1. The materials of the first inorganic layer 41, the organic layer 42, and the second inorganic layer 43 are not further described here. Of course, the encapsulation layer group 4 can also include more or fewer layers.
[0146] In this exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG3 , a touch layer group 5 is disposed on the side of the encapsulation layer group 4 facing away from the base substrate 1. The touch layer group 5 may include a barrier layer 51, a first touch layer 52, a touch insulating layer 53, a second touch layer 54, and a protective layer 55. The barrier layer 51 is disposed on the side of the encapsulation layer group 4 facing away from the base substrate 1 and may be made of SiNx. The first touch layer 52 is disposed on the side of the barrier layer 51 facing away from the base substrate 1 and may be a three-layer structure of Ti / Al / Ti, ITO / Ag / ITO, or the like. The touch insulating layer 53 is disposed on the side of the first touch layer 52 facing away from the base substrate 1 and may be made of SiNx. The second touch layer 54 is disposed on the side of the touch insulating layer 53 facing away from the base substrate 1 and may be a three-layer structure of Ti / Al / Ti, ITO / Ag / ITO, or the like. The protective layer 55 is disposed on the side of the second touch layer 54 away from the base substrate 1. The material of the protective layer 55 is PI (polyimide). Of course, the materials and structures of the above-mentioned film layers are only examples and can be selected and configured as needed.
[0147] Since the display substrate 100 is close to the touch layer group 5, the noise of the touch signal is relatively large, especially for touch with the active pen 13. The noise signal received by the touch electrode is even stronger than the driving signal received by the active pen 13, and the noise intensity at the two ends of the display panel close to the binding area BOD and far away from the binding area BOD is different.
[0148] As shown in Figures 3 and 4 , the first touch layer 52 and the second touch layer 54 are configured as a conductive grid structure. Specifically, the first touch layer 52 and the second touch layer 54 are formed by a plurality of second metal wires 613 interwoven to form a plurality of second grids. Each second grid is a polygon formed by a plurality of grid lines. Each second grid corresponds to a sub-pixel 35, and the orthographic projection of the sub-pixel 35 on the substrate 1 is located within the orthographic projection of the second grid on the substrate 1. This prevents the second grid lines from blocking light emitted by the sub-pixel 35, thereby ensuring the display quality of the display panel.
[0149] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a conductive mesh structure forms the touch panel body 61. Specifically, the touch panel body 61 may include multiple second metal wires 613, which are interwoven to form multiple second meshes. The touch panel body 61 may have a mutual capacitance structure. The touch panel body 61 may include multiple first touch cells 611 and multiple second touch cells 612. The first and second touch cells 611, 612 also include multiple second meshes. The metal mesh-like first and second touch cells 611, 612 have advantages such as low resistance, small thickness, and fast response speed.
[0150] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the second touch units 612 have a linear shape extending along the first direction X, and the plurality of second touch units 612 are sequentially arranged along the second direction Y. The first touch units 611 have a linear shape extending along the second direction Y, and the plurality of first touch units 611 are sequentially arranged along the first direction X. Each first touch unit 611 may include a plurality of first touch electrodes 6111 sequentially arranged along the second direction Y and a first connecting portion 6112. The plurality of first touch electrodes 6111 are spaced apart, and adjacent first touch electrodes 6111 are connected to each other via the first connecting portion 6112. Each second touch unit 612 may include a plurality of second touch electrodes 6121 sequentially arranged along the first direction X and a second connecting portion 6122. The plurality of second touch electrodes 6121 are spaced apart, and adjacent second touch electrodes 6121 are connected to each other via the second connecting portion 6122.
[0151] In some example embodiments, referring to Figures 4 and 5, the first touch electrode 6111, the second touch electrode 6121, and the second connecting portion 6122 are arranged in the same layer and can be formed by a single patterning process. The second touch electrode 6121 and the second connecting portion 6122 are an integral structure, and the first connecting portion 6112 can be arranged in the bridging layer to form a bridging structure. A touch insulating layer 53 is provided between the first connecting portion 6112 and the second connecting portion 6122.
[0152] For example, as shown in FIG5 , the second touch layer 54 may include a first touch electrode 6111, a second touch electrode 6121 (not shown), and a second connecting portion 6122. The second touch electrode 6121 and the second connecting portion 6122 are connected as a whole within the second touch layer 54. Furthermore, a gap is provided between the first touch electrode 6111, the second touch electrode 6121, and the second connecting portion 6122. This gap is achieved by disconnecting the second metal wire 613. The first touch layer 52 may include a first connecting portion 6112, which is connected to two adjacent first touch electrodes 6111 through a via provided in the touch insulating layer 53, thereby achieving the purpose of connecting a plurality of first touch electrodes 6111 arranged sequentially along the second direction Y as a whole.
[0153] Because the driving backplane 2 needs to receive electrical signals, the first touch electrodes 6111, the second touch electrodes 6121, and the second connecting portion 6122 also need to receive electrical signals. These electrodes are located further away from the driving backplane 2 than the first touch layer 52. This reduces electrical signal interference between the driving backplane 2 and the first touch electrodes 6111, the second touch electrodes 6121, and the second connecting portion 6122, thereby ensuring the display and touch effects of the display panel. Of course, in other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the first touch layer 52 may also include the first touch electrodes 6111, the second touch electrodes 6121, and the second connecting portion 6122, and the second touch layer 54 may also include the first connecting portion 6112.
[0154] In other example embodiments, the first touch electrode 6111, the first connecting portion 6112, and the second touch electrode 6121 are arranged on the same layer and can be formed by a single patterning process. The first touch electrode 6111 and the first connecting portion 6112 are an integral structure. The second connecting portion 6122 can be arranged in the bridging layer to form a bridging structure. An insulating layer is provided between the first connecting portion 6112 and the second connecting portion 6122.
[0155] For example, the second touch layer 54 may include a first touch electrode 6111, a second touch electrode 6121, and a first connecting portion 6112. The first touch electrode 6111 and the first connecting portion 6112 are connected as a whole within the second touch layer 54. Furthermore, a gap is provided between the second touch electrode 6121 and the first touch electrode 6111 and the first connecting portion 6112, which is achieved by disconnecting the metal mesh. The first touch layer 52 may include a second connecting portion 6122, which is connected to two adjacent second touch electrodes 6121 via a fourth via provided in the touch insulating layer 53, thereby connecting the plurality of second touch electrodes 6121 arranged in sequence along the first direction X. Of course, in other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the first touch layer 52 may also include the first touch electrode 6111, the second touch electrode 6121, and the first connecting portion 6112, and the second touch layer 54 may also include the second connecting portion 6122.
[0156] In some example embodiments, the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121 may have a rhombus shape, such as a regular rhombus, a horizontally elongated rhombus, or a vertically elongated rhombus. In some possible implementations, the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121 may have any one or more of a triangle, a square, a trapezoid, a parallelogram, a pentagon, a hexagon, and other polygonal shapes, which are not limited in this disclosure.
[0157] 4 , touch connection wires 62 are provided in the side area CB. The touch connection wires 62 may include first touch connection wires 621 and second touch connection wires 622 (for clarity, different wires are distinguished by different line types in the figure).
[0158] The first ends of a portion of the first touch connection wires 621 are connected to one end of the first touch unit 611, and the second ends of the first touch connection wires 621 are led out to and connected to the binding pin 273. The first ends of another portion of the first touch connection wires 621 are connected to the opposite end of the first touch unit 611, and the second ends of another portion of the first touch connection wires 621 are led out to and connected to the binding pin 273.
[0159] In some example embodiments, when the display panel does not cooperate with the active pen 13 to achieve touch control, for example, when touch control can be achieved using a finger, the first touch electrode 6111 can be a driving electrode, and the second touch electrode 6121 can be a sensing electrode. Alternatively, the first touch electrode 6111 can be a sensing electrode, and the second touch electrode 6121 can be a driving electrode. The multiple first touch cells 611 and the multiple second touch cells 612 constitute M rows of driving electrodes and N columns of sensing electrodes, i.e., M first touch cells 611 and N second touch cells 612, where M and N are positive integers greater than two.
[0160] 4 , a first end of the second touch connection wire 622 is connected to one end of the second touch unit 612, and a second end of the second touch connection wire 622 is led to and connected to the binding pin 273. This wiring arrangement can also be called 2T1R (the first touch unit 611 is a touch driving unit, and the second touch unit 612 is a touch sensing unit), or 1T2R (the first touch unit 611 is a touch sensing unit, and the second touch unit 612 is a touch driving unit).
[0161] It can be understood that the first touch electrodes 6111 in the same row are arranged sequentially along the second direction Y (the lengthwise direction of the display area AA). A row of first touch cells 611 includes a relatively large number of first touch electrodes 6111. Touch signals are transmitted sequentially along the row of first touch electrodes 6111, starting from the first touch electrode 6111 coupled to the first touch connection wire 621 and moving away from the first touch connection wire 621. However, as the transmission distance increases, the touch signal gradually attenuates. Therefore, when there are a large number of first touch electrodes 6111, both ends of the first touch electrodes 6111 in the same row are coupled to the first touch connection wire 621. This ensures that the touch signal received by the first touch electrode 6111 farthest from the first touch connection wire 621 in the row is not attenuated, thereby ensuring that the touch signals received by the multiple first touch electrodes 6111 in the row are substantially the same, thereby reducing touch noise.
[0162] In other exemplary implementations, the first touch-sensing connecting wire 621 may also have only one connection mode, that is, only one end of the first touch-sensing unit 611 is connected to the first touch-sensing connecting wire 621 . This wiring mode is called 1T1R.
[0163] Of course, in some other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the second touch connection wire 622 may be provided in two parts, wherein a first end of one part of the second touch connection wire 622 is connected to one end of the second touch unit 612, and a second end of the second touch connection wire 622 is led out to and connected to the binding pin 273. A first end of another part of the second touch connection wire 622 is connected to the opposite end of the second touch unit 612, and a second end of the other part of the second touch connection wire 622 is led out to and connected to the binding pin 273.
[0164] This wiring method can also be called 2T2R. This wiring method can ensure that in a row of touch electrodes coupled to the touch leads, the touch signals received by the touch electrodes farther away from the touch leads are not much different from those received by the touch electrodes closer to the touch leads, thereby ensuring the touch accuracy of relatively large touch screens.
[0165] As shown in Figure 6, the touch principle is as follows: the second touch electrode 6121 and the first touch electrode 6111 can form a capacitor C. Multiple first touch electrodes 6111 and multiple second touch electrodes 6121 can form multiple capacitors C (e.g., C1, C2, C3, etc.). Each capacitor C is located at a different point in the touch main body 61. In other words, in the coordinate system formed by the first direction X and the second direction Y, each capacitor C is located at a different point. The touch driver chip 12 transmits a touch drive signal (e.g., a trigger signal) to the first touch connection wire 621, which is transmitted to the first touch electrode 6111 via the first touch connection wire 621. At this point, each capacitor C at the above different positions will have an initial capacitance value. Because the human body is a conductor, when a finger touches a certain position on the display panel, the capacitance value of the capacitor C at that position will change. Based on the change in capacitance value, the second touch electrode 6121 at that position will receive a corresponding touch sensing signal (e.g., a received signal). The touch sensing signal from the second touch electrode 6121 at this location is transmitted to the touch driver chip 12 via the second touch connection wire 622. The amplifier within the touch driver chip 12 amplifies the touch sensing signal. The capacitance value of the capacitor C at the untouched location remains unchanged. Therefore, by determining the capacitance value of each capacitor C, the touch point can be determined, thereby achieving touch control.
[0166] However, when the display panel is displaying an image, a set voltage is also applied to the first electrode 31 of the display substrate 100. In particular, when the display image changes, that is, when all data signals jump to the data signal of the next row based on the data signal of the current row, the voltage on the first electrode 31 will also change because the data line overlaps with the first electrode 31 to form a capacitor. Moreover, an encapsulation layer group 4 is provided between the first electrode 31 and the touch main body 61, so that a parasitic capacitor Cr is also formed between the first electrode 31 and the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121. Therefore, the change in the voltage on the first electrode 31 will affect the voltage on the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121, thereby generating noise and affecting the accuracy of the touch sensing signal.
[0167] 7 , when the display panel cooperates with the active pen 13 to realize touch control, the specific structure of the touch layer group is the same as the structure described above, with the difference that: the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121 are both used as sensing electrodes, and the first touch unit 611 and the second touch unit 612 divide the display area into a coordinate grid; the positions of the multiple first touch electrodes 6111 and the multiple second touch electrodes 6121 in the touch body 61 are different, or in other words, in the coordinate system formed by the first direction X and the second direction Y, each first touch electrode 6111 and each second touch electrode 6121 is located at a different point.
[0168] Touch control principle: A driving signal is input to the active stylus 13, rather than to the first touch electrode 6111. When the active stylus 13 touches a certain position on the display panel, a first capacitor C1 is formed between the active stylus 13 and the first touch electrode 6111. A second capacitor C2 is formed between the active stylus 13 and the second touch electrode 6121. Furthermore, a third capacitor C3 is formed between the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121. The first capacitor C1, the second capacitor C2, and the third capacitor C3 form a capacitive structure. Touch sensing signals from this capacitive structure are transmitted to the touch driver chip 12 via the first touch connection wire 621 and the second touch connection wire 622, respectively. The amplifier within the touch driver chip 12 amplifies the touch sensing signals. No touch sensing signals are output at untouched positions. Therefore, by determining which first touch connection wire 621 or second touch connection wire 622 outputs the touch sensing signal, the touch point can be determined, thereby achieving touch control.
[0169] However, when the display panel is displaying an image, the first electrode 31 of the display substrate 100 also has a set voltage. This is especially true when the displayed image changes, that is, when all data signals jump from the current row's data signal to the next row's data signal. Because the data line overlaps with the first electrode 31, forming a capacitor, the voltage on the first electrode 31 also changes. Furthermore, the encapsulation layer group 4 is disposed between the first electrode 31 and the touch body 61, forming a parasitic capacitor Cr between the first electrode 31 and the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121. Therefore, changes in the voltage on the first electrode 31 affect the voltages on the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121, thereby generating noise and affecting the accuracy of the touch sensing signal. Noise is particularly prominent when the display panel is used in conjunction with the active pen 13. This is because the active pen 13's protocol drive frequency is fixed at a fixed frequency or frequency band. If the display noise matches the active pen 13 frequency and the signal strength reaches a certain level, the touch driver chip 12 cannot distinguish whether the collected signal is a touch signal or a noise signal.
[0170] Furthermore, a data signal transition occurs when all data signals in an entire row transition simultaneously. If all data signals in a row transition from the highest (or lowest) grayscale to the lowest (or highest) grayscale in the next row, then all data signal transitions affect the transition of the first electrode 31, resulting in the largest transition in the first electrode 31. When the data signal transitions from the voltage of the current row to the voltage of the next row, with both upward and downward transitions, the effects on the first electrode 31 are both positive and negative, partially offsetting each other. This results in a smaller transition in the first electrode 31 than in the case of an overall transition.
[0171] In addition, it should be noted that the frequency of touch signal acquisition is much lower than the frequency of data signal jumps of the display substrate 100. The voltage on the first electrode 31 has a certain recovery time. However, the voltage jump on the first electrode 31 is very large, and when the touch signal is being acquired, errors are likely to occur, resulting in touch failure.
[0172] Continuing with FIG. 3 , in this exemplary embodiment, a shielding layer 7 is disposed between the first electrode 31 and the touch layer assembly 5 . The shielding layer 7 includes a shielding body 71 and a shielding connecting wire 72 . The shielding body 71 is disposed in the display area AA. One end of the shielding connecting wire 72 is connected to the shielding body 71 , and the other end of the shielding connecting wire 72 is connected to the binding pin 273 of the binding area BOD . The width of the shielding connecting wire 72 is greater than the width of the touch connecting wire 62 .
[0173] On the one hand, the shielding layer 7 can isolate the first electrode 31 from the touch layer group 5, reducing the impact of voltage changes on the first electrode 31 on the touch signal of the touch layer group 5, thereby reducing noise signals. As shown in Figure 24, a fourth capacitor C4 is formed between the shielding layer 7 and the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121, and a fifth capacitor C5 is formed between the shielding layer 7 and the first electrode 31. As long as the signal on the shielding layer 7 does not change, the capacitance value of the fourth capacitor C4 will not change, and no noise signals will be generated on the first touch electrode 6111 and the second touch electrode 6121. On the other hand, the width of the shielding connection wire 72 is greater than the width of the touch connection wire 62. That is, the wider width of the shielding connection wire 72 reduces the resistance of the shielding layer 7, ensuring that the shielding layer 7 has a good shielding effect.
[0174] In this example embodiment, referring to Figures 8 and 9, the shielding body 71 is configured as a metal grid structure, that is, the shielding body 71 may include a plurality of first metal wires 711, and the plurality of first metal wires 711 are interwoven to form a plurality of first grids, each first grid corresponding to a sub-pixel 35, and the sub-pixel 35 of the display substrate 100 is located within the positive projection of the first grid on the display substrate 100, so as to prevent the first grid lines from blocking the light emitted by the sub-pixel 35, thereby ensuring the display effect of the display panel.
[0175] As shown in Figure 10, the horizontal axis represents time, in microseconds (μs); the vertical axis represents noise intensity, in millivolts (mv); in the figure, L1 is the noise curve generated by the first electrode, L2 is the noise curve on the touch layer group 5 in the absence of the shielding layer 7, L3 is the noise curve on the touch layer group 5 in the case where the shielding layer 7 adopts ITO (indium tin oxide), and L3 is the noise curve on the touch layer group 5 in the case where the shielding layer 7 adopts metal. It can be seen from the figure that: the resistance of the shielding layer 7 made of ITO material is greater than the resistance of the shielding layer 7 made of metal material, and the noise on the touch layer group 5 when the shielding layer 7 adopts ITO is greater than the noise on the touch layer group 5 when the shielding layer 7 adopts metal. Therefore, the smaller the resistance of the shielding layer 7, the smaller the noise on the touch layer group 5, and the better the shielding effect.
[0176] As shown in Figure 14 , the dashed line represents the edge of the sub-pixel 35, the solid line represents the edge of the shielding body 71, and the dot-dash line represents the edge of the touch control body 61. The width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding body 71 is greater than or equal to the width of the second metal line 613 of the touch control body 61. Furthermore, the orthographic projection of the second metal line 613 of the touch control body 61 on the base substrate 1 lies within the orthographic projection of the first metal line 711 of the shielding body 71 on the base substrate 1. That is, the orthographic projection of the second metal line 613 on the display substrate 100 lies within the orthographic projection of the first metal line 711 on the display substrate 100. This ensures that the resistance of the shielding body 71 is less than or equal to the resistance of the touch control body 61, further ensuring the shielding effectiveness of the shielding body 71.
[0177] In addition, as shown in Figure 11, there is no broken wire in the shielding body 71, so that the shielding body 71 forms a plurality of resistors R connected in series and parallel, further reducing the resistance of the shielding body 71 and ensuring the shielding effect of the shielding body 71.
[0178] Since the shielding main body 71 is set in the display area AA, even if the width of the first metal wire 711 is widened, in order to avoid affecting the aperture ratio of the sub-pixel 35, the widened width is limited. Therefore, the width of the shielding connecting wire 72 can be set to be greater than the width of the first metal wire 711, further reducing the resistance of the shielding layer 7 and ensuring that the shielding layer 7 has a better shielding effect.
[0179] In this exemplary embodiment, the shielding connection wire 72 is grounded or connected to a constant voltage terminal, i.e., the ground voltage or constant voltage serves as a shielding signal. Specifically, the shielding connection wire 72 is grounded or connected to the constant voltage terminal via the binding pin 273, thereby grounding or connecting the shielding main body 71 to the constant voltage terminal. This maintains a zero voltage or constant voltage on the shielding main body 71. Even if the voltage on the first electrode 31 changes, this does not affect the voltage on the shielding main body 71, and thus does not affect the voltage on the touch control main body 61. This prevents noise generated on the touch control main body 61 when the voltage on the first electrode 31 changes, thereby affecting the touch effect. The constant voltage can be provided by the touch control driver chip 12, i.e., the shielding connection wire 72 is connected to the touch control driver chip 12 via the binding pin 273.
[0180] In other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, a signal generator can also be used to provide a shielding signal opposite to the noise signal to the shielding layer 7. Since the cathode signal on the first electrode 31 transitions in the same direction as the data signal on the data line, and since data signals are easier to measure than cathode signals, the noise signal is generated by the transitions of the cathode signal on the first electrode 31. Specifically, the signal generator provides a shielding signal opposite to the data signal on the display substrate 100 to the shielding layer 7, with the shielding signal having an amplitude smaller than the data signal. The shielding signal amplitude is 20%-40% of the data signal amplitude. For example, if the data signal amplitude is 5V, the shielding signal amplitude is 1V-2V, which can be 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.7V, and so on. When the cathode signal on the first electrode 31 transitions, the shielding signal on the shielding layer 7 also transitions in the opposite direction and with substantially the same amplitude. This ensures that the voltage on the shielding layer 7 does not actually change, thereby preventing the touch layer signal from being affected. The signal generator can be the touch driver chip 12. That is, the shielding connection wire 72 is connected to the touch driving chip 12 through the binding pin 273 , and the touch driving chip 12 provides a shielding signal opposite to the data signal of the display substrate 100 to the shielding layer 7 , thereby further improving the shielding effect.
[0181] It is understood that the shielding signal is transmitted sequentially along the shielding body 71 from the end of the shielding body 71 coupled to the shielding connecting wire 72, in a direction away from the shielding connecting wire 72. However, as the transmission distance increases, the shielding signal gradually attenuates. Based on this, if the shielding body 71 is long, the two ends of the shielding body 71 are respectively coupled to the shielding connecting wire 72. This ensures that the portion of the shielding body 71 farthest from the shielding connecting wire 72 can receive the shielding signal. In other words, the shielding signal is substantially the same in each portion of the shielding body 71, thereby ensuring consistent shielding effect across each portion of the shielding body 71.
[0182] However, if the resistance of the shielding connection wires 72 connecting the two ends of the shielding body 71 is different, the shielding signals input to the two ends of the shielding body 71 will also be different, resulting in inconsistent shielding effects, thereby affecting the shielding effect.
[0183] Moreover, even if the resistance of the shielding connection wires 72 connected to the same end of the shielding body 71 is different, the shielding signals input to the same end of the shielding body 71 will be different, resulting in inconsistent shielding effects, thereby affecting the shielding effect.
[0184] In order to solve the above problem, when the number of shielding connecting wires 72 is at least two, the resistance of at least two shielding connecting wires 72 is the same, which can avoid the noise generated by the different resistances of the shielding connecting wires 72, that is, avoid the different shielding signals input to the two ends of the shielding main body 71 due to the different resistances of the shielding connecting wires 72, avoid inconsistent shielding effects, and thus ensure the shielding effect.
[0185] It should be noted that "same resistance" does not mean exactly the same. Instead, there is a certain degree of tolerance, which varies depending on the equipment and manufacturing process. Therefore, within the tolerance range of the equipment and manufacturing process, they are considered to be the same. For example, if the resistance of one shielded connecting wire 72 is 95% to 105% of the resistance of another shielded connecting wire 72, the resistance of the two shielded connecting wires 72 is considered to be the same.
[0186] In some example embodiments, as shown in FIG. 8 , a single binding area BOD may be provided, located on one side of the display area AA in the second direction Y. At least two binding pins 273 are provided in the binding area BOD. The shielding connecting wire 72 may include a first connecting wire 721 and a second connecting wire 722. One end of the first connecting wire 721 is connected to the binding pin 273, and the other end of the first connecting wire 721 is connected to an end of the shielding body 71 away from the binding area BOD. One end of the second connecting wire 722 is connected to the binding pin 273, and the other end of the second connecting wire 722 is connected to an end of the shielding body 71 closer to the binding area BOD. The resistance of the second connecting wire 722 is equal to the resistance of the first connecting wire 721.
[0187] Since the first connecting wire 721 is longer and the second connecting wire 722 is shorter, and the length of the first connecting wire 721 cannot be shortened, the resistance of the first connecting wire 721 can be increased by increasing the length of the second connecting wire 722, so that the resistance of the second connecting wire 722 is equal to the resistance of the first connecting wire 721. Of course, the resistance of the second connecting wire 722 can also be reduced by increasing the width or thickness of the second connecting wire 722, so that the resistance of the second connecting wire 722 is equal to the resistance of the first connecting wire 721. Increasing the thickness of the second connecting wire 722 can be achieved by providing a single-layer thickening configuration or a two-layer configuration. That is, the second connecting wire 722 can be provided as a two-layer structure, one of which can be provided in the same layer and material as the first electrode 31. Of course, it can also be provided in the same layer and material as the source connection line 271, the second electrode 34, the first touch layer 52, or the second touch layer 54.
[0188] In other exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9 , two binding regions BOD may be provided, and the two binding regions BOD may be a first binding region BOD1 and a second binding region BOD2, with the first binding region BOD1 and the second binding region BOD2 being located on opposite sides of the display area AA in the second direction Y. The shielding connecting wire 72 may include a first connecting wire 721 and a second connecting wire 722; one end of the first connecting wire 721 is connected to the binding pin 273 of the first binding region BOD1, and the other end of the first connecting wire 721 is connected to an end of the shielding body 71 proximate to the first binding region BOD1; one end of the second connecting wire 722 is connected to the binding pin 273 of the second binding region BOD2, and the other end of the second connecting wire 722 is connected to an end of the shielding body 71 proximate to the second binding region BOD2.
[0189] Since the first connecting wire 721 is only arranged in the fourth side area CB4, it is possible to connect the shielding main body 71 and the binding pin 273 without being arranged around other side areas CB; the second connecting wire 722 is only arranged in the third side area CB3, and it is possible to connect the shielding main body 71 and the binding pin 273 without being arranged around other side areas CB. Therefore, the resistance of the second connecting wire 722 can be equal to the resistance of the first connecting wire 721 by making the length, width and thickness of the second connecting wire 722 correspond to the length, width and thickness of the first connecting wire 721.
[0190] Furthermore, the lengths of the first and second connecting wires 721, 722 in this exemplary embodiment are shorter than those in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG8 . Therefore, the resistance of the first and second connecting wires 721, 722 in this exemplary embodiment is lower than that of the first and second connecting wires 721, 722 in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG8 , thereby providing the shielding body 71 with a better shielding effect.
[0191] It should be noted that the first connecting wire 721 can be set to one, two or more, as long as there is space in the side area CB, the first connecting wire 721 can be set; similarly, the second connecting wire 722 can be set to one, two or more, as long as there is space in the side area CB, the second connecting wire 722 can be set.
[0192] In addition, the display area AA in Figures 8 and 9 is configured such that the length in the second direction Y is greater than the width in the first direction X of the display area AA. In other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, when the display area AA is configured such that the length in the first direction X is greater than the width in the second direction Y of the display area AA, the binding area BOD can be located on one side of the display area AA in the second direction Y, i.e., the binding area BOD is located on one side of the width direction of the display area AA; or the first binding area BOD1 and the second binding area BOD2 can be located on opposite sides of the display area AA in the second direction Y, i.e., the first binding area BOD1 and the second binding area BOD2 are located on one side of the width direction of the display area AA. The arrangement of the first connecting wire 721 and the second connecting wire 722 is similar to the arrangement structure of Figures 8 and 9. The specific structure of the first connecting wire 721 and the second connecting wire 722 has been described in detail above and will not be repeated here.
[0193] In some further exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG8 and FIG9 , the shielding connecting wire 72 may further include a third connecting wire 723 and a fourth connecting wire 724. One end of the third connecting wire 723 is connected to the binding pin 273, and the other end of the third connecting wire 723 is connected to an end of the shielding main body 71 near the first side region CB1. One end of the fourth connecting wire 724 is connected to the binding pin 273, and the other end of the fourth connecting wire 724 is connected to an end of the shielding main body 71 near the second side region CB2.
[0194] For example, as shown in Figure 12, when the binding area BOD is set to one, the third connecting wire 723 can be routed from the first side area CB1 to the fourth side area CB4, and then connected to the binding pin 273; the fourth connecting wire 724 can be routed from the second side area CB2 to the fourth side area CB4, and then connected to the binding pin 273.
[0195] As shown in Figure 13, when the number of binding areas BOD is set to two, the third connecting wire 723 close to the first binding area BOD1 can be routed from the first side area CB1 to the fourth side area CB4, and then connected to the binding pin 273 of the first binding area BOD1; the third connecting wire 723 close to the second binding area BOD2 can be routed from the first side area CB1 to the third side area CB3, and then connected to the binding pin 273 of the second binding area BOD2; the fourth connecting wire 724 close to the first binding area BOD1 can be routed from the second side area CB2 to the fourth side area CB4, and then connected to the binding pin 273 of the first binding area BOD1; the fourth connecting wire 724 close to the second binding area BOD2 can be routed from the second side area CB2 to the third side area CB3, and then connected to the binding pin 273 of the second binding area BOD2.
[0196] The third connecting wire 723 and the fourth connecting wire 724 may be symmetrically arranged to ensure that the resistance of the third connecting wire 723 is equal to the resistance of the fourth connecting wire 724 .
[0197] It should be noted that the third connecting wire 723 can be set to one, two or more, as long as there is space in the side area CB, the third connecting wire 723 can be set; similarly, the fourth connecting wire 724 can be set to one, two or more, as long as there is space in the side area CB, the fourth connecting wire 724 can be set.
[0198] In addition, when the third connecting wire 723 is set to two or more, the resistance of the two or more third connecting wires 723 can be ensured to be the same by setting the length of the two or more third connecting wires 723 to be the same, and the resistance of the two or more third connecting wires 723 can be ensured to be the same by adjusting the width or thickness of the third connecting wire 723; similarly, when the fourth connecting wire 724 is set to two or more, the resistance of the two or more fourth connecting wires 724 can be ensured to be the same by setting the length of the two or more fourth connecting wires 724 to be the same, and the resistance of the two or more fourth connecting wires 724 can be ensured to be the same by adjusting the width or thickness of the fourth connecting wire 724.
[0199] It should be noted that the third connecting wire 723 and the fourth connecting wire 724 can be provided in addition to the first connecting wire 721 and the second connecting wire 722, that is, the first connecting wire 721, the second connecting wire 722, the third connecting wire 723, and the fourth connecting wire 724 are all provided on a single display panel. The third connecting wire 723 and the fourth connecting wire 724 can be provided separately on the display panel, that is, the third connecting wire 723 and the fourth connecting wire 724 are all provided on a single display panel without the first connecting wire 721 and the second connecting wire 722.
[0200] Referring to Figures 15, 19 and 20, the shielding layer 7 may further include a shielding connection portion 73. The shielding connection portion 73 may be arranged around and connected to the periphery of the shielding main body 71, that is, the shielding connection portion 73 may be arranged as a circle around the shielding main body 71. The shielding connection portion 73 may connect the outermost ends of all the first metal wires 711 of the shielding main body 71 together, and the shielding connection wire 72 is connected to the shielding connection portion 73, so that the shielding signal is transmitted to the shielding connection portion 73 through the shielding connection wire 72, and then transmitted to the shielding main body 71 through the shielding connection portion 73, so as to ensure the uniformity of the shielding signal at various locations of the shielding main body 71.
[0201] The shielding connection part 73 is set in the non-display area NA. Therefore, the shielding connection part 73 can be set as a metal sheet structure. There is no need to set a grid structure on the shielding connection part 73 to avoid the sub-pixels 35, further reducing the resistance of the shielding layer 7 and ensuring the shielding performance.
[0202] Furthermore, the width of the shielding connection portion 73 is greater than the width of the touch connection wire 62. This reduces the resistance of the shielding connection portion 73, thereby reducing the resistance of the shielding layer 7 and ensuring shielding performance. Furthermore, the orthographic projection of the touch connection wire 62 on the display substrate 100 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the shielding connection portion 73 on the display substrate 100. Specifically, the orthographic projection of the touch connection wire 62 surrounding the touch main body portion 61 on the display substrate 100 is within the orthographic projection of the shielding connection portion 73 on the display substrate 100. However, the touch connection wire 62 needs to extend to the binding area BOD to connect to the binding pin 273. Therefore, the orthographic projection of the portion of the touch connection wire 62 extending toward the binding area BOD on the display substrate 100 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the shielding connection portion 73 on the display substrate 100. The shielding connection portion 73 can shield the touch connection wire 62, preventing the signal of the first electrode 31 from affecting the signal of the touch connection wire 62, thereby further reducing noise on the touch layer group 5.
[0203] Further, referring to Figures 16 and 19, the display panel may also include a noise reduction layer 16, the orthographic projection of the noise reduction layer 16 on the display substrate 100 overlaps with the first electrode 31, and the orthographic projection of the noise reduction layer 16 on the display substrate 100 is located on the side of the orthographic projection of the shielding layer 7 on the display substrate 100 that is away from the display area AA, that is, the noise reduction layer 16 is arranged on the periphery of the shielding layer 7.
[0204] The display panel may further include a signal generator, which may be connected to the noise reduction layer 16. The signal generator may be configured to provide a noise reduction signal, which is an AC signal, to the noise reduction layer 16 and is opposite to the data signal transition. The noise reduction signal may be a signal generated by the display driver chip 10. This means that the noise reduction signal may be calculated and output by the display driver chip 10.
[0205] The amplitude of the noise reduction signal, ΔVsl, is ΔVsl = -Cd * ΔVd / Csl, where Cd is the capacitance formed between all data lines 15 and the first electrode 31, ΔVd is the average value of the data signal transition voltage on the data line 15, and Csl is the capacitance formed between the first electrode 31 and the noise reduction layer 16. Therefore, the amplitude of the noise reduction signal is determined by the capacitance formed between all data lines 15 and the first electrode 31, as well as the capacitance formed between the first electrode 31 and the noise reduction layer 16. The above values are theoretical values. Due to errors in process and equipment, the amplitude of the noise reduction signal will vary for different products. Compensation and adjustment can be made after testing in actual products. The noise reduction layer 16 can actively reduce the amplitude of the noise on the first electrode 31, thereby reducing the impact of the voltage transition on the first electrode 31 on the touch layer group 5, thereby reducing the noise on the touch layer group 5.
[0206] Moreover, from the above formula, it can be concluded that the capacitance formed by the noise reduction layer 16 and the first electrode 31 is inversely proportional to the amplitude of the noise reduction signal. Therefore, the larger the capacitance value of the capacitance formed by the noise reduction layer 16 and the first electrode 31, the more conducive it is to reducing the amplitude of the noise on the first electrode 31; the larger the overlapping area between the noise reduction layer 16 and the first electrode 31, the larger the capacitance formed by the noise reduction layer 16 and the first electrode 31, and the better the shielding effect. Therefore, when permitted, the area of the noise reduction layer 16 is set to be larger.
[0207] As shown in Figure 17, when the data signal jumps, the voltage on the first electrode 31 also jumps to generate noise, forming sharp peaks and troughs; after a noise reduction signal in the opposite direction of the jump of the data signal is input to the noise reduction layer 16, the noise reduction signal causes the voltage on the first electrode 31 to jump as well, but the jump direction is opposite to the jump direction of the noise, therefore, part of the noise will be offset, thereby reducing the noise.
[0208] The specific setting position of the noise reduction layer 16 is as follows: the noise reduction layer 16 can be set in the same layer and the same material as the shielding layer 7, that is, the noise reduction layer 16 and the shielding layer 7 are set in the same layer and formed by the same composition process.
[0209] In addition, in other exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer and material as the first connecting conductor layer 27, or can actively reduce the amplitude of noise on the first electrode 31, thereby reducing the impact of voltage jumps on the first electrode 31 on the touch layer group 5, thereby reducing noise on the touch layer group 5. Specifically, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer as the source and drain connection lines 271 and 272, and formed through the same patterning process. Of course, as shown in FIG18 , when the display substrate 100 also includes a second connecting conductor layer 29, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer and material as the second connecting conductor layer 29, that is, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer as the second source and second drain connection lines, and formed through the same patterning process. The noise reduction layer 16 can also be provided on the same layer and material as the first connecting conductor layer 27, that is, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer as the source and drain connection lines 271 and 272, and formed through the same patterning process. When the display substrate 100 further includes a third connecting conductor layer and a fourth connecting conductor layer, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer and with the same material as the third connecting conductor layer and the fourth connecting conductor layer, that is, the noise reduction layer 16 can be provided on the same layer as the third source connecting line and the third drain connecting line or the fourth source connecting line and the fourth drain connecting line, and formed through the same patterning process.
[0210] It should be noted that, when the connecting conductor layer is set to at least two layers, that is, when the connecting conductor layer includes the above-mentioned first connecting conductor layer 27 and second connecting conductor layer 29, the noise reduction layer 16 is set in the same layer and material as the connecting conductor layer closest to the first electrode 31. For example, when the display substrate 100 also includes a second connecting conductor layer 29, the second connecting conductor layer 29 is set on the side of the first connecting conductor layer 27 away from the base substrate 1, and the noise reduction layer 16 can be set in the same layer and material as the second connecting conductor layer 29; when the display substrate 100 also includes a third connecting conductor layer, the third connecting conductor layer is set on the side of the second connecting conductor layer 29 away from the base substrate, and the noise reduction layer 16 can be set in the same layer and material as the third connecting conductor layer.
[0211] This configuration makes the distance between the noise reduction layer 16 and the first electrode 31 shorter, thereby making the capacitance between the noise reduction layer 16 and the first electrode 31 larger, thereby improving the noise reduction effect of the noise reduction layer 16 .
[0212] 19 and 20 , it can be seen from the figures that: the width of the shielding connection conductor 72 is substantially the same as the width of the first power connection conductor 14 , and the width of the data line 15 is substantially the same as the width of the first touch connection conductor 621 and the width of the second touch connection conductor 622 ; moreover, the width of the shielding connection conductor 72 is much greater than the width of the first touch connection conductor 621 . For example, the width of the shielding connection conductor 72 can be more than five times the width of the first touch connection conductor 621 , and the maximum width can be achieved as much as possible if the frame allows.
[0213] 19 , the binding pins of the noise reduction layer 16 are arranged outside the first power connection line.
[0214] It should be noted that the number of shielded connecting wires 72, first power connecting wires 14, data wires 15, first touch connecting wires 621 and second touch connecting wires 622 in Figures 19 and 20 is only an example and does not constitute a limitation of the present disclosure. The specific number can be set as needed.
[0215] The shielding layer 7 can be arranged between the film layers of the encapsulation layer group 4. Specifically, as shown in Figure 21, the shielding layer 7 can be arranged between the first inorganic layer 41 and the organic layer 42, or as shown in Figure 22, the shielding layer 7 can be arranged between the organic layer 42 and the second inorganic layer 43.
[0216] In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 , the shielding layer 7 may also be provided on the side of the encapsulation layer group 4 facing away from the base substrate 1 , that is, the shielding layer 7 may also be provided between the encapsulation layer group 4 and the touch layer group 5 .
[0217] Furthermore, when the shielding layer 7 is set at different positions, that is, when the shielding layer 7 is set between different film layers, the width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding layer 7 can be different. Specifically, the width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding layer 7 decreases as the distance from the light-emitting substrate 3 increases. The closer the shielding layer 7 is to the light-emitting substrate 3, the smaller the distance between the shielding layer 7 and the sub-pixel 35, and the smaller the diffusion area of the light emitted by the sub-pixel 35. Therefore, the width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding layer 7 can be set wider. In this way, the shielding layer 7 will not block the light emitted by the sub-pixel 35 and will not affect the light extraction efficiency of the display panel. Moreover, the resistance of the shielding layer 7 is smaller and the shielding effect is better. For example, the width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding layer 7 in Figure 3 is the smallest, the width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding layer 7 in Figure 21 is the largest, and the width of the first metal line 711 of the shielding layer 7 in Figure 22 is in the middle.
[0218] The width of the first metal wire 711 is greater than or equal to 5 micrometers and less than or equal to 25 micrometers. The width of the shielding connection wire 72 is greater than or equal to 200 micrometers.
[0219] The shielding layer 7 may include a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a third conductive layer stacked in sequence. The first conductive layer and the third conductive layer may be made of titanium (Ti), and the second conductive layer may be made of aluminum (Al). That is, the shielding layer 7 may have a stacked structure of TiAlTi. Alternatively, the shielding layer 7 may have a stacked structure of Mo / Al / Mo, Mo / AlGe / Mo, or Ti / Cu. Alternatively, the shielding layer 7 may have a single-layer metal structure.
[0220] The shielding layer 7 can also be made of a transparent conductive material. In this case, the shielding body 71 is provided as a whole layer, that is, there is no need to provide a grid hole on the shielding body 71 facing the sub-pixel 35, and the light emitted by the sub-pixel 35 can directly pass through the transparent conductive material.
[0221] Alternatively, the touch panel body 61 may be made of a transparent conductive material. In this case, the touch panel body 61 is formed as a single layer, meaning that no mesh holes corresponding to the sub-pixels 35 are required on the touch panel body 61. Light emitted by the sub-pixels 35 can directly pass through the transparent conductive material.
[0222] The touch connection wire 62, the shielding connection wire 72, the data wire 15 and the first power connection wire 14 all need to be bound to other external devices in the binding area. Specifically, the touch connection wire 62 extends to the binding area BOD and forms a touch binding pin 623 in the binding area BOD; the shielding connection wire 72 extends to the binding area BOD and forms a shielding binding pin 725 in the binding area BOD; the data wire 15 extends to the binding area BOD and forms a data binding pin 151 in the binding area BOD; the first power connection wire 14 extends to the binding area BOD and forms a first power binding pin 141 in the binding area BOD; among them, at least one layer of the touch binding pin 623, the shielding binding pin 725, the data binding pin 151 and the first power binding pin 141 is set on the same layer and the same material. Such a setting makes all the binding pins set on the same layer and at the same height, which is convenient for binding and has a better binding effect.
[0223] 25 and 26 , the data line 15 extends to the binding area BOD, and a data binding pin 151 is formed in the binding area BOD. The data binding pin 151 may include a first layer 1511, a second layer 1512, and a third layer 1513. The first layer 1511 is the portion of the data line 15 extending to the binding area BOD. The second layer 1512 is configured in the same layer and material as the shielded connecting wire 72. The second layer 1512 is disconnected from the shielded connecting wire 72. The third layer 1513 is configured in the same layer and material as the touch connecting wire 62.
[0224] The touch binding pins 623 may include the three layers described above. However, the first layer 1511 of the touch binding pins 623 is disconnected from the data line 15 and is simply made of the same layer and material as the data line 15. The second layer 1512 of the touch binding pins 623 is also made of the same layer and material as the shielded connection wire 72 and is disconnected from the shielded connection wire 72. Of course, the touch binding pins 623 may include only one layer extending from the touch connection wire 62 to the binding area BOD.
[0225] The shielding and bonding pins 725 may include the three layers described above. However, the first layer 1511 of the shielding and bonding pins 725 is disconnected from the data line 15 and is simply made of the same layer and material as the data line 15. The third layer 1513 of the shielding and bonding pins 725 is disconnected from the touch connection wire 62 and is simply made of the same layer and material. Of course, the shielding and bonding pins 725 may also include the portion extending from the shielding connection wire 72 to the bonding area BOD and the third layer 1513 described above.
[0226] The first power binding pin 141 can include the above three layers. The first power connection line 14 can be connected to any of the three layers by switching. However, the first layer 1511 of the first power binding pin 141 is disconnected from the data line 15 and is simply set on the same layer and material as the data line 15. The second layer 1512 of the first power binding pin 141 is also set on the same layer and material as the shielding connection wire 72. The second layer 1512 and the shielding connection wire 72 are disconnected. The third layer 1513 of the first power binding pin 141 is disconnected from the touch connection wire 62 and is simply set on the same layer and material. In addition, any of the above three layers can be replaced by the portion of the first power connection line 14 extending to the binding area BOD. Of course, the first power binding pin 141 can also include the portion extending from the first power connection line 14 to the binding area BOD and the above third layer 1513.
