Abstract
Description
Technical Field of the Invention The present invention relates to the field of rotor production and machining, in particular to an iron core lamination welding assistance apparatus. Background of the Invention A rotor iron core comprises several iron core laminations. In the conventional way, the several iron core laminations are sleeved on a mandrel, locating shafts run through locating holes on the iron core laminations, and the iron core laminations are tightly pressed by a press piece and finally welded together by laser welding so that the welded rotor core has several weld marks which are axially spaced in a circular shape centered on the axis of the mandrel. The laser welding strength is relatively low due to the fear of welding the rotor lamination and the mandrel together, which results in a poor welding effect of the several iron core laminations of the welded rotor core and easy detachment of the iron core laminations from both ends of the rotor core. Summary of the Invention An objective of the present invention is to provide an iron core lamination welding assistance apparatus which can improve the welding effect. To achieve the above objective, a technical solution employed in the present invention is as follows. The present invention provides an iron core lamination welding assistance apparatus, comprising a mandrel with one end extending outward in the circumferential direction to form a stop boss and the other end being sleeved with a locking piece, each iron core lamination being provided with two locating holes for locating shafts to run through; first mounting holes each fitted to the locating shaft are provided on end faces of the locking piece and the stop boss, respectively, both circumferential surfaces of the locking piece and the stop boss are sunken inward to form several first pocketing grooves which are spaced in a circular shape centered on the mandrel, and the first pocketing grooves on the locking piece correspond to those on the stop boss one by one. When the several iron core laminations are confined between the locking piece and the stop boss, portions of the iron core laminations to be welded are positioned between the two corresponding first pocketing grooves. During use of the apparatus according to the present invention, the several iron core laminations are sleeved on the mandrel, the locating shafts are connected to the stop boss after running through the iron core laminations, and the locking bolt rotates to tightly press the iron core laminations between the stop boss and the locking piece. The positional relation between the first mounting holes and the first pocketing grooves enables the portions of the pressed iron core laminations to be welded are positioned on one side of the first pocketing grooves. The iron core laminations positioned in place are welded by laser. The arrangement of the first pocketing grooves will make the laser for welding move along the iron core laminations axially for a longer distance, and weld and fix the iron core laminations at both ends of a rotor iron core in a better effect. Preferably, a threaded hole is formed at one end of the mandrel where the locking piece is located, a locking bolt is fitted in the threaded hole, and one end of the locking bolt is always located on an outer side of the threaded hole and fixed to a press piece; and the locking bolt rotates to enable an end face of the press piece to be in contact with the end face of the locking piece. Such arrangement makes the locking piece move axially, and the locking piece will not rotate when moving and can be guided by the first mounting holes to ensure the alignment of the two first pocketing grooves. Preferably, several spacer plates, each having second mounting holes running through the spacer plates and corresponding to the first mounting holes on both ends thereof, are sleeved on the mandrel, and second pocketing grooves corresponding to the first pocketing grooves are provided on two axial ends of each spacer plate. The spacer plates are provided so that the iron core laminations of at least two rotor iron cores can be tightly pressed and positioned on the mandrel in the present invention, and can be welded by laser welding each time to improve the production efficiency. Preferably, strip-shaped receiving slots, which run through from inside to outside to correspond to the first pocketing grooves, are provided on a circumferential surface of the mandrel, located on inner sides of the first pocketing grooves and communicated with the first pocketing grooves. The strip-shaped receiving slots communicated with the first pocketing groove is provided to prevent the locking piece and the mandrel from being welded and fixed together, and improve the welding strength of laser welding. Preferably, strip-shaped receiving slots, which run through from inside to outside to correspond to the first and second pocketing grooves, are provided on the circumferential surface of the mandrel, located on inner sides of the first and second pocketing grooves and communicated with the first and second pocketing grooves. Such arrangement prevents the spacer plates and the mandrel from being welded and fixed together. Preferably, the mandrel is provided with an inner cavity running through an axial surface on one side away from the threaded hole. The inner cavity is provided to reduce the weight of the mandrel. The present invention has the advantages of improving the welding and fixing effect as well as the production efficiency. Brief Description of the Drawings FIG. lisa structural diagram according to the present invention in use; FIG. 2 is an explode view of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a structural diagram of a mandrel according to the present invention; FIG. 4 is a structural diagram of a spacer plate according to the present invention; and FIG. 5 is a structural diagram of a locking piece according to the present invention. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention will be further described below with reference to accompanying drawings by embodiments. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an iron core lamination welding assistance apparatus, comprising a mandrel 1 with a lower end extending outward in the circumferential direction to form a stop boss 11 and an upper end being sleeved with a locking piece 2; an threaded hole in which a locking bolt 3 is fitted is provided on an upper end face of the mandrel 1, and one end of the locking bolt 3 is always located on an outer side of the threaded hole and fixed to a press piece 31; first mounting holes 12 each fitted to a locating shaft 4 are provided on end faces of the locking piece 2 and the stop boss 11, respectively, both circumferential surfaces of the locking piece 2 and the stop boss 11 are sunken inward to form several first pocketing grooves 20 which are evenly spaced in a circular shape centered on the mandrel 1, and the first pocketing grooves on the locking piece 2 correspond to those on the stop boss 11 one by one. When several iron core laminations are sleeved on the mandrel 1, the locating shaft 4 runs through locating holes 19 on the iron core laminations. When the locking bolt 3 rotates to enable an end face of the press piece 31 to press against the end face of the locking piece 2, the several iron core laminations sleeved on the mandrel 1 are clamped and confined between the locking piece 2 and the stop boss 11, and portions of the iron core laminations to be welded are positioned between the two corresponding first pocketing grooves 20. Spacer plates 5, which are provided with second mounting holes 51 running through the spacer plates 5 and corresponding to the first mounting holes 12, are sleeved on the mandrel 1, and second pocketing grooves 50 corresponding to the first pocketing grooves 20 are provided on two axial ends of each spacer plate 5. The mandrel 1 is provided with an inner cavity running through an axial surface on one side away from the threaded hole so that the mandrel 1 is of a cylindrical structure with one end closed. Strip-shaped receiving slots 10, which run through from inside to outside to correspond to the first and second pocketing grooves 20 and 50, are provided on a circumferential surface of the mandrel 1, located on inner sides of the first and second pocketing grooves 20 and 50 and communicated with the first and second pocketing grooves 20 and 50. During use of the apparatus according to the present invention, two sets of iron core laminations are sleeved on the mandrel and separated by the spacer plate, the locating shafts are connected to the stop boss after running through the iron core laminations and the spacer plates, and the locking bolt rotates to tightly press the iron core laminations between the stop boss and the locking piece. The locating shaft is configured to stop the rotation of the locking piece and the spacer plate. The positions of the first pocketing grooves, the second pocketing grooves and the strip-shaped receiving slots are designed based on the positions of the first mounting holes so that the portions of the pressed iron core laminations to be welded are positioned outside the strip-shaped receiving slots in the circumferential direction. The iron core laminations positioned in place are welded by laser. The arrangement of the first and second pocketing grooves will make the laser for welding move along the iron core laminations axially for a longer distance, and weld and fix the iron core laminations at both ends of a rotor iron core in a better effect. The present invention has the advantages of improving the welding and fixing effect as well as the production efficiency. 31 12 24
