In the description of the invention, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise expressly specified and limited, the terms "mounted", "joined" and "connected" are to be understood in a broad sense. For example, it can be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or a one-piece connection; it can be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium, and it can also be an interconnection of two components. For a person skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in the context of specific cases. The invention is described in further detail below by specific embodiments and in conjunction with the drawings. Referring to FIG.1-FIG.4, this embodiment provides a liquid-cooled battery box, which comprises a box 100, heat transfer sleeves 200 and batteries 300; an inlet 111 for coolant injection and an outlet 112 for coolant discharge are provided on the box 100, mounting holes are provided on the top of the box 100, the heat transfer sleeves 200 are embedded in said mounting holes, and each of the heat transfer sleeves 200 is embedded in one of the mounting holes and sealed with the corresponding mounting hole; the heat transfer sleeves 200 extend into the interior of the box 100, each of the heat transfer sleeves 200 is used to place one of the batteries 300 inside, and is in contact with the battery 300 inside. The liquid-cooled battery box provided in this embodiment, when the batteries 300 heat up, the heat generated by the batteries 300 will be transferred to the heat transfer sleeves 200 in contact with the batteries; at the same time, the low-temperature coolant entering the box 100 from the inlet 111 can take away the heat from the heat transfer sleeves 200 and discharge it from the outlet 112 after absorbing the heat and warming up, so that the cooling effect on the batteries 300 can be realized. It should be noted that the heat transfer sleeves 200 extend into the interior of the box 100, which makes the coolant injected into the box 100 surround the heat transfer sleeves 200, because the batteries 300 are placed in the heat transfer sleeves 200, and the batteries 300 are in contact with the heat transfer sleeves 200, so the coolant in the box 100 is also equivalent to surrounding the batteries 300, thus, indirectly increasing the contact area of the coolant and the batteries 300, i.e., increasing the heat transfer area, which not only improves the heat transfer efficiency, but also cools the batteries 300 more uniformly. Preferably, see FIGs.3 and 4, the heat transfer sleeves 200 are arranged to protrude at least partially from the top surface of the box 100, so that when micro-leakage occurs on the sealing surface between the heat transfer sleeves 200 and the mounting holes or other sealing surfaces, it is not easy for the coolant to enter inside the heat transfer sleeves 200 because the coolant flows downward under the action of gravity, and thus, the batteries 300 inside the heat transfer sleeves 200 are not easily exposed to the coolant, which, in turn, is less likely to lead to a short-circuit of the batteries 300 and has higher safety. Further, the electrode 310 of the battery 300 can be set on the top of the battery 300, so that even if the coolant enters the heat transfer sleeve 200, it is not easy to soak the electrode, which can further reduce the risk of short-circuit of the battery 200 and provide higher safety. Preferably, see FIG.1-FIG.3, the inlet 111 and the outlet 112 are arranged on two opposite side walls of the box 100, so that the coolant injected from the inlet 111 can be discharged from the opposite outlet 112 after crossing the whole box 100, which facilitates full contact of the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200 and improves the heat transfer efficiency. Specifically, the side wall of the box 100 with the inlet 111 is defined as the first side wall, and the side wall of the box 100 with the outlet 112 is defined as the second side wall, i.e., the first side wall is arranged to be opposite to the second side wall. Preferably, see FIG. 3, the inlet 111 is arranged at the part of the first side wall near the bottom of the box 100, and the outlet 112 is arranged at the part of the second side wall near the top of the box 100, so that the coolant can form a vertical flow in a certain degree from the bottom to the top in the box 100, such that the contact between the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200 can be further improved and the heat transfer efficiency is higher. Furthermore, see FIG. 1, in the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the box 100, the inlet 111 can be arranged in the middle of the first side wall to make the coolant be in more full contact with the heat transfer sleeves 200; similarly, see FIG. 2, the outlet 112 can be arranged in the middle of the second side wall to make the coolant be in more full contact with the heat transfer sleeves 200. Further, the first transverse deflector 130 can be arranged inside the box 100. The first transverse deflector 130 is arranged near the first side wall, and being parallel to the first side wall, the coolant injected from the inlet 111 can flow along the first transverse deflector 130 to both sides, and then will converge into the heat transfer area to contact with the heat transfer sleeves 200. After converging into the heat transfer area, part of the coolant will continue to flow along the first transverse deflector 130 to the middle, and part of the coolant will flow directly toward the second side wall of the box, such that the coolant in the box 100 near the side of the inlet 111 can form a microcirculation, to further improve the full contact of the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200. Specifically, the first transverse deflector 130 can be attached to the bottom of the box 100, such that the first transverse deflector 130 is used as a reinforcement at the bottom of the box 100 to improve the structural strength of the bottom of the box 100; at the same time, a gap is provided between the first transverse deflector 130 and the top of the box 100 to enable the coolant injected from the inlet 111 to partially flow to the heat transfer area through the gap between the first transverse deflector 130 and the top of the box 100 to improve the uniformity of the contact between the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200, thereby, improving the uniformity of the cooling effect of the batteries in different areas. Accordingly, a second transverse deflector 140 can be provided inside the box 100, and the second transverse deflector 140 is arranged to be close to the second side wall, and the second transverse deflector 140 is arranged to be parallel to the second side wall, so that the coolant in the heat exchange area, after contacting with the heat transfer sleeves 200 for heat exchange, can partly flow along the second transverse deflector 140 to the two ends, and afterwards, flows into the channel between the second transverse deflector 140 and the second side wall through the two ends of the second transverse deflector 140, other coolant partly flows directly into the channel between the second transverse deflector 140 and the second side wall through the two ends of the second transverse deflector 140, and finally, the coolant that enters the channel between the second transverse deflector 140 and the second side box wall can flow along the second transverse deflector 140 to the outlet and be discharged from the outlet 112, so that the coolant can also form a micro-circulation on the side of the box 100 near the outlet 112, further improving the full contact between the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200. Specifically, the second transverse deflector 140 may be attached to the bottom of the box 100, by using the second transverse deflector 140 as a reinforcement at the bottom of the box 100, to further improve the structural strength of the bottom of the box 100; at the same time, a gap is provided between the second transverse deflector 140 and the top of the box 100 to enable the coolant in the heat transfer area to partially pass through the gap between the second transverse deflector 140 and the top of the box 100 and flow into the channel between the second transverse deflector 140 and the second side wall, further improving the uniformity of the contact between the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200, and thus, improving the uniformity of the cooling effect of the batteries 300 in different areas. The first transverse deflector 130 and the second transverse deflector 140 may be integrally formed with the bottom of the box 100. In addition, see Figure 4, a longitudinal deflector 150 can be provided inside the box 100, and the longitudinal deflector 150 is extended from the first side wall toward the second side wall, so that the coolant entering the heat transfer area can flow along the longitudinal deflector 150 toward the outlet 112, which can make the heating of each battery 300 more uniform, and at the same time, the coolant can be cooperated with the first transverse deflector 130 and the second transverse deflector 140 to form a micro-circulation in the heat transfer area, which further improves the full contact between the coolant and the heat transfer sleeves 200. The longitudinal deflector 150 may be a integrally formed with the top of the box 100. Specifically, the longitudinal deflector 150 can be connected to the top middle of the box 100 , by using the longitudinal deflector 150 as a reinforcement of the top of the box 100, to improve the structural strength of the top of the box 100; at the same time, a gap is provided between the longitudinal deflector 150 and the bottom of the box 100 to enable the coolant on both sides of the longitudinal deflector 150 to contact and exchange with each other, which facilitates to improve the uniformity of the coolant distribution and temperature uniformity in the heat exchange area, and thus, improve the uniformity of the cooling of each battery 300. A first temperature measuring element and a second temperature measuring element can be installed in the box 100. The first temperature measuring element is arranged near the inlet 111 to detect the temperature of the coolant near the inlet 111 by using the first temperature measuring element; the second temperature measuring element is arranged near the outlet 112 to detect the temperature of the coolant near the outlet 112 by using the second temperature measuring element. The first temperature measuring element and the second temperature measuring element are connected to a test system, and the distribution of the temperature field in the box 100 can be reflected or calculated according to the temperature of the inlet 111 and the outlet 112. The bottom surface of the battery 300 is placed against the heat transfer sleeve 200, and the side wall of the battery 300 fits into the heat transfer sleeve 200 with a gap, so as to ensure the heat exchange effect between the battery 300 and the heat transfer sleeve 200, and the gap between the side wall of the battery 300 and the heat transfer sleeve 200 also facilitates the installation of the battery 300. Specifically, the gap range between the side wall of the battery 300 and the heat transfer sleeve 200 is 0.2-0.4mm, preferably 0.2mm, which can ensure both the ease of installation and the heat transfer effect between the battery 300 and the heat transfer sleeve 200. The above-mentioned box 100 specifically includes a box cover 120 and a body 110 with an open top, the box cover 120 is closed at the open top of the body 110, the mounting holes are arranged on the box cover 120, and the box cover 120 is removably connected to the body 110, i.e., the box cover 120 and the body 110 are separate structures, which can be processed separately, with low processing difficulty thus to reduce processing costs, and when either the box cover 120 or the body 110 is damaged, the damaged part can be replaced separately, thereby, reducing maintenance costs; in addition, the cover 120 can be opened to facilitate the cleaning of the interior of the box 100. Specifically, a flap can be provided on the top of the body 110, and the cover 120 is connected to the top flap of the body 110 by a first threaded connection, and a first gasket is provided between the cover 120 and the top flap of the body 110, which has a better connection reliability and facilitates the maintaining of a good sealing performance between the cover 120 and the body 110, preventing coolant from leaking out of the connection of the cover 120 and the body 110, making it difficult for the outside of the box 100 to contact the coolant and ensuring insulation and drying. Accordingly, a top edge of the heat transfer sleeve 200 can be provided with a flap, and the top flap of the heat transfer sleeve 200 is connected to the box cover 120 by a second threaded connection, and a second gasket is provided between the flap of the heat transfer sleeve 200 and the box cover 120, which has a better connection reliability and facilitates the maintaining of a good sealing performance between the heat transfer sleeve 200 and the mounting hole, preventing the coolant from leaking out of the connection of the heat transfer sleeve 200 and the mounting hole, making it difficult for the outside of the box 100 to contact the coolant and ensuring insulation and drying. The coolant may be demineralized water, or other liquids that can absorb heat. By choosing demineralized water, limescale and impurities would not be produced in a long-term in the operating temperature range of 10 °C -35 °C, which is free from maintenance. The material of the box 100 may be selected from heat-resistant plastic, which can be effectively insulated from the environment. It is not easy to deform with thick materials, which is easy to shape and machine processing. Similarly, the material of the heat transfer sleeves 200 may be selected from aluminum which has high heat transfer coefficient, low cost, and is not easy to be damaged. In summary, the present invention discloses a liquid-cooled battery box, which overcomes many technical defects of the traditional liquid-cooled battery box. The liquid-cooled battery box provided by this embodiment has the technical advantages of larger heat exchange area and higher heat exchange efficiency.
