Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of desalination devices, and specifically discloses a desalination device with a superhydrophilic modified surface. BACKGROUND

[0002] Since the 1950s, desalination technology has been developed quickly due to the aggravation of water crises. In more than twenty types of desalination technologies that have been developed, distillation, electrodialysis and reverse osmosis have reached the level of industrial scale production. In distillation, the seawater is vaporized by means of heat from a hot medium or a heating device, and the vapor is collected and condensed into liquid to obtain desalinated water.

[0003] The invention patent with the application NO. CN2017103624388 discloses a tubular desalination device with a modified and enhanced surface. The tubular desalination device is provided with a hydrophobic film on an inner wall of a condensing sleeve. An evaporation tank is fixed in the condensing sleeve by front and back heat conduction pipes arranged side by side. A hydrophilic film is applied to the outer wall of the evaporation tank. Seawater overflowing from the evaporation tank is collected by an overflow recovery tank. The bottom of a left end plate of the overflow recovery tank is connected to an overflow pipe, and the right end of the overflow recovery tank is hung on the two heat conduction pipes through two support lugs. A water inlet pipe is arranged in the middle of the top wall of the condensing sleeve, and a water outlet pipe is connected with the bottom wall of the condensing sleeve. The tubular desalination device disclosed by the present disclosure realizes the effects of strengthening heat conduction and promoting condensation by hydrophilic modification of the outer wall of the evaporation tank and hydrophobic modification of the inner wall of the condensing sleeve, so that the desalination efficiency of the whole tubular desalination device is improved to a certain extent. However, the desalination efficiency of the tubular desalination device is still poor due to the limited surface area of the condensing sleeve. When the seawater heating efficiency is improved, the condensation efficiency of the tubular desalination device cannot be improved, and vapor that is not condensed in time can increase the air pressure of mixed gas in the condensing sleeve, resulting in further improvement of the boiling point of seawater. In this patent, the effect of cooling the condensing sleeve by air is poor but can be improved by uninterrupted operation of an air blower upon the condensing sleeve, so that the electricity consumption applied to desalination is increased. In addition, after the tubular desalination device is used for a period of time, a seawater scale layer can be formed on the inner wall of the evaporation tank and the outer walls of the heat conduction pipes, which may affect the effect of heating seawater. Therefore, operators need to take out the evaporation tank from the condensing sleeve regularly for cleaning, and the whole cleaning process is complicated and takes a long time. Therefore, aiming at the above shortcomings of the existing tubular desalination device, the present disclosure provides a desalination device with a superhydrophilic modified surface which can effectively solve the above technical problems. [0031] To make a person skilled in the art understand the technical solutions in the present disclosure better, the following clearly and completely describes the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. [0032] It needs to be illustrated that the embodiments in the present disclosure and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other under the compatible condition. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 9 in conjunction with the embodiments.

[0033] Embodiment I

[0034] The embodiment discloses a desalination device with a superhydrophilic modified surface. Referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, main structures of the desalination device include an outer tube body 1, an evaporation tank 2 and a vapor condensing cover 3. A plurality of supporting foot plates 101 are welded on a lower end of the outer tube body 1. The outer tube body 1 is stably supported by the supporting foot plates 101. Openings of the outer tube body 1 at left and right ends thereof are welded with flanges 102, and are connected in a sealed manner to nozzle sealing plates via the flanges 102. The openings of the outer tube body 1 at both ends thereof are sealed by the nozzle sealing plates 4.

[0035] The evaporation tank 2 is disposed in the outer tube body 1. An end of the evaporation tank 2 is fixedly connected to an inner side wall of one of the nozzle sealing plates 4, and a heat medium conduit 5 extending through and out of the one of the nozzle sealing plates 4 is arranged in the evaporation tank 2. Specifically, the heat medium conduit 5 includes a conduit inlet segment and a conduit outlet segment which are arranged in the evaporation tank 2 in parallel. One end of the conduit inlet segment and one end of the conduit outlet segment are connected via an elbow conduit, while the other end of the conduit inlet segment and the other end of the conduit outlet segment both extend through and out of the one of the nozzle sealing plates 4, so that a heat medium can enter from an outer end of the conduit inlet segment, flows along the conduit outlet segment after passing through the elbow conduit, and finally drains from an outer end of the conduit outlet segment, realizing the circulation flow of the heat medium. During the flow of the heat medium, heat exchange between the heat medium and seawater is completed, so that the seawater in the evaporation tank 2 is quickly heated.

[0036] An upper end of the outer tube body 1 is arranged with a connecting opening 103 along an axis direction of the outer tube body 1, and a lower end of the vapor condensing cover 3 is connected in a sealed manner to the connecting opening 103. In the embodiment, an upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3 is in an arc shape, coaxial with the outer tube body. An intermediate end of the vapor condensing cover is in a further arc shape that is concave towards the upper end of the vapor condensing cover. The horizontal height of a lower end of each of arc-shaped left and right ends of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3 is lower than a position where the lower end of the vapor condensing cover 3 is connected to the connecting opening 103, so that condensed fresh water can flow to left and right ends of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3. A first fresh water drain pipe 6 is connected to each of the left and right ends of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3, and a second fresh water drain pipe is connected to the lower end of the outer tube body 1. Lower ends of the two first fresh water drain pipes 6 and the second fresh water drain pipe are connected to a fresh water recovery main pipe 7, so that the condensed and condensed fresh water in the outer tube body 1 and the vapor condensing cover 3 can be joined into the fresh water recovery main pipe 7 and then drained and collected via the fresh water recovery main pipe 7.

[0037] A seawater filling pipe 8 is connected to the upper end of the outer tube body 1 close to one of the flanges 102. An outer end of the seawater filling pipe 8 is connected to a seawater source, and an inner end of the seawater filling pipe 8 is arranged directly above an opening in an upper end of the evaporation tank 2, so that filled seawater can be completely fall into the evaporation tank 2. In addition, in order to prevent the seawater in the evaporation tank 2 from directly falling into the bottom of the outer tube body 1 and being mixed with the condensed fresh water, an overflow receiving tank 9 is welded to a lower end of the evaporation tank 2. An overflow drain pipe 901 which extends through and out of the nozzle sealing plate 4 and stretches out of the outer tube body 1 is connected to one end of the overflow receiving tank 9, so that the seawater flowing out of the evaporation tank 2 can flow into the overflow receiving tank 9, and then the seawater received in the overflow receiving tank 9 can be drained from the outer tube body 1 via the overflow drain pipe 901, preventing the overflown seawater from being mixed with the condensed fresh water in the lower end of the outer tube body 1.

[0038] During the operation of the desalination device disclosed by the embodiment, the seawater is filled into the evaporation tank 2 via the seawater filling pipe 8 until the seawater in the evaporation tank 2 overflows, and the overflown seawater can flow downwards along an outer wall of the evaporation tank 2, and then drips into the overflow receiving tank 9. Once the seawater in the overflow receiving tank 9 is found to be drained from the overflow drain pipe 901, it indicates that the filling of seawater is completed. At this time, a high-temperature medium is fed into the heat medium conduit 5. Specifically, the high-temperature medium can be high-temperature hot air or high-temperature heat conduction oil. The seawater in the evaporation tank 2 is rapidly heated and boiled by the heat exchange between the high-temperature medium and the seawater in the evaporation tank 2 to generate vapor. The generated vapor can move upwards and make contact with an inner wall of the upper end of the outer tube body 1 and an inner wall of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3 to be condensed. The condensed fresh water on an inner wall of the outer tube body 1 flows to the lower end of the outer tube body 1. The condensed fresh water on an inner wall of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3 flows to the left and right ends of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3, and then the condensed fresh water is joined into the fresh water recovery main pipe 7 to be drained and collected.

[0039] When the seawater in the evaporation tank 2 is boiled, part of the high-temperature seawater can overflow the evaporation tank 2 and flow downwards along the outer wall of the evaporation tank. In order to increase the evaporation area of the overflown seawater on the outer wall of the evaporation tank 2, a superhydrophilic modified coating is arranged on the outer wall of the evaporation tank 2. Specifically, the superhydrophilic modified coating can be a zirconium oxide or aluminum oxide coating. Through the design of the superhydrophilic modified coating, the overflown high-temperature seawater can be quickly spread on a surface of the superhydrophilic modified coating to form a homogeneous water film. The water film continues to exchange heat with the outer wall of the evaporation tank 2 to be heated up, and then be quickly evaporated to form vapor. Finally, in order to ensure the maximization of the area of the water film on the outer wall of the evaporation tank 2, the lower half of the evaporation tank 2 is designed as a semicircle shape, and the opening in the upper end of the evaporation tank 2 is designed to be maximized, so that the larger evaporation area of seawater in the evaporation tank 3 is fully ensured, and the evaporation efficiency during the desalination process is improved.

[0040] Embodiment II

[0041] The embodiment discloses a desalination device optimized and improved based on the technical solutions in the embodiment I to solve the shortcoming that when the flow speed or temperature of the heat medium in the heat medium conduit 5 is increased and the maximum efficiency of seawater evaporation in the evaporation tank 2 is reached, the efficiency of the whole desalination device is restricted due to the limited condensation effect of the outer tube body 1 and the vapor condensing cover 3 on the high-temperature vapor.

[0042] The similarities between the embodiment II and the embodiment I are not explained again, the differences between them are shown referring to FIG. 4, FIG. 5, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7. In the embodiment II, an immersion roller tank 10 is arranged at each of left and right sides of the outer tube body 1, and low-temperature seawater is filled in the immersion roller tank 10. The center of an outer surface of the other of the nozzle sealing plates 4 is welded a convex shaft 11, and an elastic telescopic swing arm 12 is rotatably arranged on the convex shaft 11. A driving unit 13 for realizing reciprocating swing of the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 is arranged at a position where the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 and the convex shaft 11 are rotatably connected. An end of the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 is rotatably connected to a roller rod 14. An outer surface of the roller rod 14 is provided with a sponge water absorption layer 15. Under the action of the driving unit 13, the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 can be reciprocated around the convex shaft II When the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 swings to a maximum amplitude thereof each time, the roller rod 14 and the sponge water absorption layer 15 can stretch into the immersion roller tank 10 to absorb the low-temperature seawater. During the swinging of the elastic telescopic swing arm 12, the sponge water absorption layer 15 on the roller rod 14 can make contact with an arc-shaped surface of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3 to squeeze the sponge water absorption layer 15, and then the seawater in the sponge water absorption layer 15 is squeezed and uniformly coated on the upper surface of the vapor condensing cover 3 during the squeezing of the sponge water absorption layer 15, so that rapidly cooling of the vapor condensing cover 3 is realized.

[0043] Specifically, the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 includes a round sleeve 121 sleeving the convex shaft 11. The round sleeve 121 is fixedly connected to a first connecting segment 122. An outer end of the first connecting segment 122 is movably connected to a second connecting segment 123 via a spring 124. The roller rod 14 is rotatably connected to an outer end of the second connecting segment 123. A guide sliding rod 125 is arranged between the first connecting segment 122 and the second connecting segment 123. By means of the guide sliding rod 125 and the spring 124, the second connecting segment 123 subjected to an external force can move a short distance along the guide sliding rod 125 to realize telescopic adjustment of the elastic telescopic swing arm 12.

[0044] The driving unit 13 includes a base block 131 arranged directly below the elastic telescopic swing arm 12. A sliding rail 132 is arranged on the base block 131. A rack 133 is slidably arranged on the sliding rail 132. A telescopic driving member 134 for pushing the rack 133 is installed on a side end of the base block 131. Specifically, the telescopic driving member 134 can be an electric telescopic rod or an air cylinder. A gear 135 meshed with the rack 133 is concentrically arranged on the round sleeve 121. The driving unit 13 can push the rack 133 to reciprocate by controlling the extension or retraction of the telescopic driving member 134, and the reciprocating swing of the whole elastic telescopic swing arm 12 between the left and right immersion roller tanks 10 is realized under a meshing action between the gear 135 and the rack 133 during the reciprocating of the rack 133.

[0045] In addition, in order to realize the controlling of the driving unit 13, an information acquisition control unit is also provided. The information acquisition control unit includes a vapor pressure sensor 16 arranged on an upper end of a side wall of the vapor condensing cover 3, and the vapor pressure sensor 16 is electrically connected to a control box 17. The telescopic driving member 134 of the driving unit 13 is also electrically connected to the control box 17. When the vapor pressure inside the vapor condensing cover 3 collected by the vapor pressure sensor 16 exceeds a set value, it indicates that the condensing rate of the vapor by the vapor condensing cover 3 and the outer tube body 1 is less than the evaporating rate of the seawater in the evaporation tank 2. At this time, the control box 17 sends a control instruction to operate the driving unit 13, and then the elastic telescopic swing arm 12 swing back and forth between the left and right immersion roller tanks 10 under the action of the driving unit 13. During the swing of the elastic telescopic swing arm 12, the low-temperature seawater can be uniformly coated on the arc-shaped surface of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3 by squeezing the sponge water absorption layer 15 to the arc-shaped surface of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3, so that the vapor condensing cover 3 is cooled to improve the condensation effect of the vapor condensing cover 3 on the vapor within the vapor condensing cover 3.

[0046] Finally, in the embodiment II, a superhydrophilic modified coating is plasma sprayed on the arc-shaped surface of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3. When the seawater in the sponge water absorption layer 15 is coated on the arc-shaped surface of the upper end of the vapor condensing cover 3, a uniform water film with a larger area can be formed, and the uniform water film can quickly absorb heat on the vapor condensing cover 3 for evaporation, so that the cooling effect on the vapor condensing cover 3 is further improved, the vapor condensing cover 3 has sufficient condensation effect on the vapor when the heating power of the evaporation tank 2 is increased, and the maximum efficiency of the desalination device is improved.

[0047] Embodiment III

[0048] The embodiment discloses a desalination device improved based on the technical solutions in the embodiment I or the embodiment II to solve the shortcoming that an existing tubular desalination device needs to be completely disassembled and then cleaned when scales inside an evaporation tank 2 is regularly cleaned.

[0049] The similarities between the embodiment III and the embodiment I or the embodiment II are not explained again, but the differences between them are shown referring to FIG. 8 and FIG. 9. In the embodiment III, a rotating disc 18 with a sealing and rotating design is concentrically arranged in the nozzle sealing plate 4 which the heat medium conduit 5 extends through and out of, and a lug plate 181 is welded to each of upper and lower ends of the rotating disc 18. The rotating disc 18 is fixedly connected to the nozzle sealing plate 4 via bolts on the lug plates 181. The evaporation tank 2, the heat medium conduit 5 and the overflow drain pipe 901 are all connected to the rotating disc 18. A scraping plate 19 is arranged in a side of the evaporation tank 2 away from the rotating disc 18. The scraping plate 19 is completely attached to the inner wall of the evaporation tank 2. Round holes that the heat medium conduit 5 extends through and out of are formed in the scraping plate 19. A pull hole is formed in the rotating disc 18, and a pull rod 20 parallel to the evaporation tank 2 extends through and out of the pull hole in a sealed manner. An inner end of the pull rod 20 is connected to the scraping plate 19, and a pull ring 21 is arranged on an outer end of the pull rod 20.

[0050] In the tubular desalination device disclosed in the embodiment III, when scales on the inner wall of the evaporation tank 2 and the outer wall of the heat medium conduit 5 needs to be cleaned, both ends of the heat medium conduit 5 are removed from the heat medium source, then the bolts on the lug plates 181 are removed, and the rotating disc 18 in the nozzle sealing plate 4 is rotated by 180 degrees, so that the open end of the evaporation tank 2 faces downwards. Then, the pull ring 21 is hold with hands to pull the pull rod 20 outwards, and the scales on the inner wall of the evaporation tank 2 and the outer wall of the heat medium conduit 5 are off by the scraping plate 19. After the scales are scraped off, the pull rod 20 is pushed back into the outer tube body 1 to reset. Then, the rotating disc 18 is rotated by 180 degrees again so that the open end of the evaporation tank 2 faces upwards, and then seawater is fed into the evaporation tank 2 via the seawater filling pipe 8 for cleaning. After cleaning is completed, the open end of the evaporation tank 2 is rotated downwards, so that the seawater and the scraped scales in the evaporation tank are drained completely. At the same time, the seawater is continuously filled into the lower end of the outer tube body 1 for flushing. After cleaning and flushing are completed, the evaporation tank 2 is rotated upwards until the open end of the evaporation tank 2 is upward, and finally the evaporation tank 2 is fixed to the nozzle sealing plate 4 by bolts on the lug plates 181 and then can be put into use again.

[0051] The foregoing descriptions are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, but are not intended to limit the present disclosure.
