Abstract
Description
Operating device of three-position knife switch and three-position knife switch
[0001] This application claims priority to a patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on March 18, 2022, with application number 202210277393.5 and invention name “Operating device for three-position knife switch and three-position knife switch”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of electrical switchgear, and in particular to an operating device for a three-position knife switch and a three-position knife switch. Background Art
[0003] Three-position knife switches are widely used in the traction power supply grid of urban rail transit. The existing three-position knife switches usually switch the moving contact between the connected position, the isolated position and the contact position by rotating. When the moving contact of the three-position knife switch is in the connected position, the moving contact connects the feeder to the contact network. When the moving contact of the three-position knife switch is in the isolated position, the moving contact disconnects the feeder from the contact network. When the moving contact of the three-position knife switch is in the contact position, the moving contact grounds the contact network.
[0004] In order to prevent the moving contact of the three-position knife switch from being misoperated, the moving contact of the three-position knife switch needs to be locked when it is in one of the connected position, the isolated position and the connected position. The existing three-position knife switch usually uses an electromagnetic lock to lock the moving mechanism used to drive the moving contact. However, once the moving mechanism in the three-position knife switch directly contacts the locking rod of the electromagnetic lock and becomes stuck, the electromagnetic force obtained by energizing the electromagnetic lock cannot pull the locking rod of the electromagnetic lock, which leads to abnormal unlocking and poses a serious safety hazard.

[0044] The present application proposes an operating device for a three-position knife switch, please refer to Figures 1 to 5. The operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 can not only drive the moving contact 200 in the three-position knife switch 1000 to switch between the connected position, the isolated position and the connected position, but also the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 can lock or unlock the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000, thereby facilitating the control of the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000.
[0045] Please refer to Figures 6 to 8 together. The operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 includes a mounting bracket 710, a drive shaft 720, a locking plate 730, a locking shaft 740 and a locking mechanism 750. The drive shaft 720 and the locking shaft 740 are both movably connected to the mounting bracket 710, the locking plate 730 is fixedly connected to the drive shaft 720, and the locking mechanism 750 is installed on the mounting bracket 710. The locking plate 730 moves under the drive shaft 720, and the locking shaft 740 is used to lock or unlock with the locking plate 730. The locking mechanism 750 is used to lock or unlock the locking shaft 740.
[0046] The mounting bracket 710 is fixed on the supporting bracket 100 of the three-position knife switch 1000. The mounting bracket 710 can be fixedly connected to the supporting bracket 100 of the three-position knife switch 1000 by screw connection, rivet connection, welding or other methods. Preferably, the mounting bracket 710 is connected to the supporting bracket 100 of the three-position knife switch 1000 by screws, which facilitates the installation and disassembly of the mounting bracket 710.
[0047] There are many types of the mounting bracket 710, which can be arranged in a columnar shape, a plate shape, or other shapes, which are not listed here one by one. Please refer to Figure 1. The mounting bracket 710 includes two spaced-apart supporting plates, which are fixedly connected by multiple connecting columns. The two supporting plates can be used to install other structural parts of the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000.
[0048] The drive shaft 720 is mounted on the mounting bracket 710 and connected to the movable contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000. The drive shaft 720 moves relative to the mounting bracket 710 to drive the movable contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 to switch between the connected position, the isolated position, and the contact position. The drive shaft 720 can move relative to the mounting bracket 710 in various ways, including rotation, swinging, reciprocating linear motion, etc., relative to the mounting bracket 710. The various movement modes of the drive shaft 720 are not listed here.
[0049] The drive shaft 720 can be powered by a motor, hydraulic pump, pneumatic pump, or other powered structural member or component. Driven by the power source, the drive shaft 720 rotates, performs reciprocating linear motion, or oscillates within a preset angle relative to the mounting bracket 710. Alternatively, the drive shaft 720 can be powered by an operator, who applies force to the drive shaft 720 to cause the drive shaft 720 to rotate, perform reciprocating linear motion, or oscillate relative to the mounting bracket 710.
[0050] The locking piece 730 is fixedly connected to the drive shaft 720. There are many ways to fix the locking piece 730 to the drive shaft 720. The locking piece 730 can be fixedly mounted on the drive shaft 720, the locking piece 730 can be directly welded to the drive shaft 720, or the locking piece 730 can be screwed to the drive shaft 720. The ways in which the locking piece 730 is fixed to the drive shaft 720 are not listed here one by one.
[0051] The locking plate 730 is provided with a connection locking position 731, an isolation locking position 732 and a grounding locking position 733. The connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 are arranged at intervals along the movement direction of the locking plate 730. The movement direction of the locking plate 730 is determined by the driving shaft 720. For example, when the driving shaft 720 performs a rotational motion, the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 are arranged along the rotation direction of the locking plate 730. For another example, when the driving shaft 720 performs a reciprocating linear motion, the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 are arranged along the reciprocating linear motion direction of the locking plate 730.
[0052] The locking shaft 740 is movably mounted on the mounting bracket 710. The locking shaft 740 can move relative to the mounting bracket 710 to lock or unlock one of the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732, and the grounding locking position 733 on the locking piece 730. For the convenience of subsequent description, the position in which the locking shaft 740 locks one of the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732, and the grounding locking position 733 is defined as a first locked position, and the position in which the locking shaft 740 unlocks one of the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732, and the grounding locking position 733 is defined as a first unlocked position.
[0053] There are many ways for the locking shaft 740 to move relative to the mounting bracket 710. The locking shaft 740 can make reciprocating linear motion relative to the mounting bracket 710, the locking shaft 740 can rotate relative to the mounting bracket 710, the locking shaft 740 can also swing relative to the mounting bracket 710, and the locking shaft 740 can also make other single motions or compound motions relative to the mounting bracket 710. As long as it is ensured that the locking shaft 740 can move relative to the mounting bracket 710, they will not be listed here one by one.
[0054] The locking mechanism 750 is installed on the mounting bracket 710. The locking mechanism 750 acts on the locking shaft 740 to lock and unlock the locking shaft 740. Specifically, the locking mechanism 750 locks the locking shaft 740 when the locking shaft 740 is in the first locking position to limit the movement of the locking shaft 740 relative to the mounting bracket 710. The locking mechanism 750 unlocks the locking shaft 740 when the locking shaft 740 needs to switch from the first locking position to the first unlocking position to enable the locking shaft 740 to move relative to the mounting bracket 710.
[0055] When the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 operates the three-position knife switch 1000, the driving shaft 720 of the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 is driven to drive the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 to one of the connected position, the isolated position and the connected position. When the driving shaft 720 drives the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 to move to one of the connected position, the isolated position and the connected position, the corresponding locking position on the locking piece 730 is aligned with the locking shaft 740. At this time, the locking shaft 740 locks the locking position on the locking piece 730 that is aligned with it, and the locking mechanism 750 locks the locking shaft 740 at this time, thereby ensuring that the locking shaft 740 remains locked to the locking piece 730 even when subjected to external force.
[0056] When the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 needs to switch positions, the locking mechanism 750 unlocks the locking shaft 740 at this time, and the driving shaft 720 drives the locking piece 730 to move together. The locking shaft 740 can be switched from the first locked position to the first unlocked position under the support of the locking piece 730. The driving shaft 720 also drives the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 to move to the target position. At this time, the corresponding locking position on the locking piece 730 is also aligned with the locking shaft 740, so that the locking piece 730 can be locked by the locking shaft 740, and finally the locking piece 730 can be locked by locking the locking shaft 740 through the locking mechanism 750.
[0057] Based on the above technical solution, the locking mechanism 750 in the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch in this application unlocks the locking shaft 740 so that the locking mechanism 750 and the locking piece 730 are not in direct contact. This effectively avoids the situation where the locking mechanism 750 is unable to unlock the locking piece 730 when the locking mechanism 750 is stuck, resulting in an abnormal unlocking and causing a safety problem. At the same time, it also avoids manual hard shaking of the knife switch, which would directly damage the locking mechanism 750. At the same time, the locking piece 730 is provided with a connection locking position, an isolation locking position, and a grounding locking position. The locking piece 730 is locked and unlocked by a locking shaft 740. This reduces the need for the locking shaft 740, simplifies the structure of the operating device of the three-position knife switch, and reduces production costs.
[0058] It should be noted that if the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 adopts reciprocating linear motion, the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch requires a certain amount of movement space, which will cause the length of the entire three-position knife switch to be relatively long. In view of this, please refer to Figures 2 and 6. The moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 switches between the connected position, the isolated position and the grounded position by rotation, that is, the drive shaft 720 drives the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 to move by rotation. At this time, the locking piece 730 fixedly connected to the drive shaft 720 also rotates with the rotation of the drive shaft 720, and the connected locking position 731, the isolated locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 on the locking piece 730 are arranged along the rotation direction of the locking piece 730.
[0059] Specifically, the locking piece 730 has a connecting end and a locking end that are relatively arranged. The connecting end is fixedly connected to the drive shaft 720. The motion trajectory formed by the locking end of the locking piece 730 when rotating along with the drive shaft 720 is arranged in an arc shape. The connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 on the locking piece 730 are all arranged at the locking end of the locking piece 730. When the locking piece 730 rotates, the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 can be aligned with the locking shaft 740 in sequence, so that the locking shaft 740 can be locked and unlocked with the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733, and finally the locking and unlocking of the moving contact 200 of the three-position knife switch 1000 is realized.
[0060] It should be noted that there are many ways to form the above-mentioned connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733. For example, the above-mentioned connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 are formed by three spaced-apart recesses on the locking plate 730. For another example, the above-mentioned connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 are formed by three spaced-apart protrusions on the locking plate 730. The connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 can also be formed by other types of structures. The formation method of the connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 is not specifically limited here.
[0061] Preferably, the above-mentioned connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 are all formed by three recesses arranged at intervals on the locking plate 730, that is, the locking end of the locking plate 730 is recessed with three recesses arranged at intervals along its circumference, and the three recesses respectively form the connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733, and the end of the locking shaft 740 extends into the connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 to lock the locking plate 730, and the end of the locking shaft 740 extends from the connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 to unlock the locking plate 730.
[0062] It should be noted that the locking shaft 740 has multiple modes of movement. The locking shaft 740 can be set to swing back and forth relative to the mounting bracket 710 within a certain angle to lock or unlock one of the connecting locking position 731, the isolating locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733. The locking locking shaft 740 can also be set to make reciprocating linear motion relative to the mounting bracket 710 to lock or unlock one of the connecting locking position 731, the isolating locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733. The locking shaft 740 can also make other types of movements relative to the mounting bracket 710, which are listed here one by one.
[0063] Preferably, referring to Figures 7 and 8, the locking shaft 740 can make reciprocating linear motion relative to the mounting bracket 710, that is, when the locking shaft 740 moves relative to the mounting bracket 710 and moves toward the locking plate 730, one end of the locking shaft 740 can lock one of the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 on the locking plate 730; when the locking shaft 740 moves relative to the mounting bracket 710 and moves toward the direction away from the locking plate 730, one end of the locking shaft 740 can unlock one of the connection locking position 731, the isolation locking position 732 and the grounding locking position 733 on the locking plate 730.
[0064] Furthermore, the mounting bracket 710 is provided with a guide channel 711, which extends in a direction close to or away from the locking piece 730, and both ends of the guide channel 711 are open. The locking shaft 740 is movably installed in the guide channel 711, and the locking shaft 740 can extend or retract from one end of the guide channel 711 adjacent to the locking piece 730, thereby achieving the above-mentioned or unlocking of the locking piece 730.
[0065] It should be noted that the length of the locking shaft 740 can be greater than, equal to or less than the length of the guide channel 711. Preferably, the length of the locking shaft 740 is set to be greater than the length of the guide channel 711. One end of the locking shaft 740 can extend from the end of the guide channel 711 adjacent to the locking plate 730 to lock or unlock one of the connection locking position 731, isolation locking position 732 and grounding locking position 733 on the locking plate 730. The other end of the locking shaft 740 can extend from the end of the guide channel 711 away from the locking plate 730 to be locked or unlocked by the locking mechanism 750.
[0066] Taking into account that the locking shaft 740 and the guide channel 711 are movably connected, if the locking shaft 740 is not constrained, it is easy to fall off from the guide channel 711. In view of this, please refer to Figure 9. A limit block 741 is provided at one end of the locking shaft 740 away from the locking plate 730. The width of the limit block 741 is set larger than the inner diameter of the guide channel 711. In this way, the locking shaft 740 can be effectively limited from falling off from the guide channel 711.
[0067] It should also be noted that when the locking shaft 740 switches from the first unlocking position to the first locking position, the limit block 741 just blocks the end of the guide channel 711 away from the locking plate 730, which makes it convenient for the locking mechanism 750 to lock the locking shaft 740. Of course, the locking mechanism 750 can also lock the locking shaft 740 by limiting the limit block 741.
[0068] In order to facilitate the switching of the locking shaft 740 from the first unlocked position to the first locked position, in some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figures 7 and 8, the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 also includes an elastic reset member 760, which is installed on the mounting bracket 710 and acts on the locking shaft 740. The elastic reset member 760 is used to drive the locking shaft 740 to switch from the first unlocked position to the first locked position.
[0069] That is, when the locking shaft 740 switches from the first locked position to the first unlocked position, the locking shaft 740 is subjected to an external force that overcomes the force of the elastic return member 760. The elastic return member 760 is then in a stretched or compressed state. When the locking shaft 740 switches from the first unlocked position to the first locked position, the elastic return member 760 recovers its elastic deformation to drive the locking shaft 740 from the first unlocked position to the first locked position. This configuration eliminates the need for other electric drive devices to drive the locking shaft 740 when locking the locking plate 730. This not only facilitates the locking of the locking shaft 740 with the locking plate 730, but also simplifies the structure of the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000.
[0070] It should be noted that there are many types of the above-mentioned elastic return member 760. The elastic return member 760 can be a structural member that can produce elastic deformation, such as a shrapnel, a spring, an elastic rope, etc. Considering that the locking shaft 740 is arranged in a columnar shape, the elastic return member 760 is preferably a sleeve spring, which is sleeved on the locking shaft 740, one end of which acts on the mounting bracket 710, and the other end of which acts on the locking shaft 740. Such an arrangement facilitates the installation of the elastic return member 760, and can also limit the deformation direction of the elastic return member 760 to ensure that the elastic return member 760 can apply a resetting elastic force to the locking shaft 740.
[0071] Furthermore, the guide channel 711 includes a first mating segment 7111 and a second mating segment 7112, which are arranged in sequence in a direction away from the locking piece 730. The inner diameter of the first mating segment 7111 is larger than the inner diameter of the second mating segment 7112. The locking shaft 740 includes a first connecting segment 742 and a second connecting segment 743. The first connecting segment 742 is movably connected to the first mating segment 7111, and the second connecting segment 743 is movably connected to the second mating segment 7112. The elastic return member 760 is a sleeve spring, which is sleeved on the second connecting segment 743. One end of the sleeve spring abuts the first connecting segment 742, and the other end abuts the connection between the first mating segment 7111 and the second mating segment 7112. This arrangement allows the sleeve spring to be hidden within the guide channel 711, thereby ensuring that it is not easily interfered with by external factors.
[0072] It should be noted that there are many types of locking mechanisms 750. The locking mechanism 750 can be a mechanical lock, that is, the locking shaft 740 is locked or unlocked by manually controlling the mechanical lock. The locking mechanism 750 can also be an electromagnetic lock, which locks or unlocks the locking shaft 740 through control instructions. The locking mechanism 750 can also be other structural components that can lock and unlock the locking shaft 740, which are not listed here.
[0073] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figures 7 and 8, the locking mechanism 750 includes a locking member 751 and a driving member 752. The locking member 751 is movably mounted on the mounting bracket 710. The locking member 751 has a second locking position for locking the locking shaft 740 and a second unlocking position for unlocking the locking shaft 740. The driving member 752 is mounted on the mounting bracket 710. The driving member 752 acts on the locking member 751 to enable the locking member 751 to switch between the second locking position and the second unlocking position.
[0074] When the locking shaft 740 needs to unlock the locking plate 730, the driving member 752 drives the locking member 751 to switch from the second locked position to the second unlocked position, so that the locking shaft 740 can move relative to the mounting bracket 710 at this time, and then the locking shaft 740 is pushed from the first locked position to the first unlocked position under the support of the locking plate 730 in the moving state, thereby completing the unlocking of the locking plate 730.
[0075] When the locking shaft 740 needs to lock the locking plate 730, when the locking shaft 740 locks one of the connected position, the isolated position and the connected position on the locking plate 730, the driving member 752 can drive the locking member 751 to switch from the second unlocked position to the first unlocked position to lock the locking shaft 740. The locking member 751 can also autonomously switch from the second unlocked position to the second locked position after the driving member 752 withdraws the force.
[0076] Based on the above technical solution, the driving member 752 of the locking mechanism 750 is in a standby or shutdown state when the locking member 751 locks the locking shaft 740. The driving member 752 of the locking mechanism 750 is activated when the locking member 751 unlocks the locking shaft 740, driving the locking member 751 to move relative to the mounting bracket 710. This arrangement allows the locking member 751 to lock the locking shaft 740, preventing the driving member 752 from being stuck in direct contact with the locking shaft 740, thereby preventing the driving member 752 from being unable to move and causing an unlocking anomaly. Furthermore, the operating time of the driving member 752 can be shortened, which not only helps to extend the service life of the driving member 752, but also reduces the energy consumption of the driving member 752.
[0077] It is worth noting that there are many ways in which the locking member 751 can move relative to the mounting bracket 710. The locking member 751 can make reciprocating linear motion within a certain range relative to the mounting bracket 710, the locking member 751 can swing back and forth within a certain angle relative to the mounting bracket 710, and the locking member 751 can also make other types of motion relative to the mounting bracket 710. The movement modes of the locking member 751 relative to the mounting bracket 710 are not listed here one by one.
[0078] In some embodiments of the present application, the locking member 751 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 710. The position where the locking member 751 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 710 can be the end of the locking member 751, the middle of the locking member 751, or other positions. No specific limitation is made herein on the position where the locking member 751 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 710.
[0079] Furthermore, referring also to FIG. 10 , the locking member 751 is L-shaped and includes a driving section 7511 and a locking section 7512. The connection between the driving section 7511 and the locking section 7512 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 710. Driven by the driving member 752, the driving section 7511 rotates the locking section 7512. When the locking member 751 is in the second locked position, the locking section 7512 locks the locking shaft 740. When the locking member 751 is in the second unlocked position, the locking section 7512 unlocks the locking shaft 740. This arrangement increases the mating area between the locking section 7512 and the locking shaft 740, thereby facilitating locking and unlocking of the locking shaft 740 by the locking section 7512.
[0080] Furthermore, the structure of the locking section 7512 that locks the locking shaft 740 is related to the structure on the locking shaft 740. For example, a limiting protrusion can be provided on the locking section 7512, and a limiting boss that cooperates with the limiting protrusion can be correspondingly provided on the locking shaft 740. For another example, a limiting protrusion can be provided on the locking section 7512, and a limiting groove that cooperates with the limiting protrusion can be correspondingly provided on the locking shaft 740. Other structures can also be provided on the locking section 7512 to limit the locking shaft 740, which are not listed one by one here.
[0081] Preferably, please refer to Figures 10 and 11 together. A limiting groove 7513 is provided on the locking section 7512, and a limiting protrusion 745 that cooperates with the limiting groove 7513 is correspondingly provided on the locking shaft 740. When the limiting groove 7513 on the locking section 7512 cooperates with the limiting protrusion 745 on the locking shaft 740, the locking shaft 740 can be locked. When the limiting groove 7513 on the locking section 7512 is separated from the limiting protrusion 745 on the locking shaft 740, the locking shaft 740 can be unlocked.
[0082] It is noteworthy that when the locking shaft 740 reciprocates linearly relative to the mounting bracket 710, when the locking member 751 is in the second locked position, the line connecting the position where the locking member 751 is rotationally connected to the mounting bracket 710 and the center of the limiting groove 7513 is parallel to the locking shaft 740. This arrangement avoids the problem that the distance between the center of the limiting groove 7513 and the locking shaft 740 is greater than the distance between the rotation center of the locking member 751 and the locking shaft 740, thereby preventing the locking section 7512 from locking the locking shaft 740. It also avoids the problem that the distance between the center of the limiting groove 7513 and the locking shaft 740 is less than the distance between the rotation center of the locking member 751 and the locking shaft 740, thereby preventing the locking section 7512 from rotating under the impact of the limiting projection 745 when the locking section 7512 contacts the limiting projection 745 on the locking shaft 740 to be reset to the first locked position.
[0083] Furthermore, in order to facilitate the above-mentioned limiting protrusion 745 to slide smoothly into the limiting groove 7513 when it moves relative to the locking section 7512, the locking section 7512 is provided with a chamfer at one end away from the driving section 7511. The chamfer can guide the limiting protrusion 745 on the locking shaft 740 to slide relative to the locking section 7512. This enables the locking shaft 740 to drive the locking member 751 to rotate relative to the mounting bracket 710 when switching from the unlocking position to the locking position, thereby facilitating the limiting protrusion 745 on the locking shaft 740 to move into the limiting groove 7513 of the locking section 7512.
[0084] Furthermore, the limiting protrusion 745 is arranged on the limiting block 741. The limiting protrusion 745 can be integrally formed with the limiting block 741 or fixedly assembled to the limiting block 741. Preferably, the limiting protrusion 745 and the limiting block 741 are integrally formed. Such an arrangement not only simplifies the structure, but also allows the limiting protrusion 745 to be assembled to the locking shaft 740 together with the limiting block 741.
[0085] Based on the above embodiments, in order to facilitate the switching of the locking member 751 from the second unlocked position to the second locked position, in some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figures 7 and 8. The locking mechanism 750 also includes a reset elastic member 753. The reset elastic member 753 is installed on the mounting bracket 710 and acts on the locking member 751. The reset elastic member 753 is used to drive the locking member 751 to switch from the second unlocked position to the second locked position.
[0086] The locking member 751 rotates relative to the mounting bracket 710 under the drive of the driving member 752, thereby moving from the second locked position to the second unlocked position. At this time, the return elastic member 753 is in a compressed state or a stretched state. When the driving member 752 releases the force applied to the locking member 751, the return elastic member 753 recovers its elastic deformation and drives the locking member 751 to rotate relative to the mounting bracket 710, thereby switching from the second unlocked position to the second locked position. This arrangement ensures that the locking member 751 does not need to be driven by the driving member 752 when returning from the second unlocked position to the second locked position.
[0087] It is worth noting that when the locking member 751 is driven by the driving member 752 to switch from the second locked position to the second unlocked position, and when the locking shaft 740 moves from the first locked position to the first unlocked position, the driving member 752 can cancel the drive on the locking member 751, and the locking member 751 is reset to the second locked position under the action of the reset elastic member 753. When the locking shaft 740 switches from the first unlocked position to the first locked position, the locking shaft 740 can drive the locking member 751 to rotate relative to the mounting bracket 710 by pressing against the locking member 751. Finally, the locking member 751 completes the locking of the locking shaft 740 when the locking shaft 740 moves to the first locked position.
[0088] It should be noted that there are many types of the above-mentioned reset elastic member 753. The reset elastic member 753 can be a structural member that can produce elastic deformation, such as a spring, an elastic rope, etc. Considering the rotational connection between the locking member 751 and the mounting bracket 710, the reset elastic member 753 is preferably a torsion spring, which is sleeved on the shaft that is rotationally connected to the locking member 751 and the mounting bracket 710. One elastic foot of the torsion spring abuts against the locking member 751, and the other elastic foot of the torsion spring abuts against the mounting bracket 710, thereby realizing the reset of the locking member 751.
[0089] It should be noted that the locking member 751 rotates within a certain angle. In order to ensure that the locking member 751 rotates within the preset angle, please refer to Figures 7 and 8. The mounting bracket 710 is also provided with a stop protrusion 712 for limiting the locking member 751. The stop protrusion 712 limits the locking member 751 when the locking member 751 moves to the second locking position. This can effectively limit the rotation range of the locking member 751, thereby ensuring that the locking member 751 can lock the locking shaft 740 when it moves to the second locking position.
[0090] It should also be said that there are many types of the driving member 752. The driving member 752 can be a motor, which is fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket 710, and the output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected to the locking member 751, so that the locking member 751 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of the motor; the driving member 752 can also be a linear motor, the stator of the linear motor is fixed on the mounting bracket 710, and the mover of the linear motor is used to drive the locking member 751 to drive the locking member 751 to rotate relative to the mounting bracket 710. The driving member 752 can also be other structures, which are not listed here one by one.
[0091] In some embodiments of the present application, referring to Figures 7 and 8 , the driving member 752 is an electric push rod, which is mounted on the mounting bracket 710 and is used for the locking member 751. The electric push rod is used to drive the locking member 751 to switch from the second locked position to the second unlocked position. When the locking member 751 is in the second locked position, the electric push rod limits the locking member 751. This configuration allows the electric push rod to not only drive the locking member 751 to rotate, but also to limit the locking member 751, ensuring that the locking member 751 can lock the locking shaft 740.
[0092] It is worth mentioning that if the driving member 752 malfunctions or the power is cut off, the locking member 751 will not be able to switch from the second locked position to the second unlocked position, and the locking shaft 740 will be unable to move relative to the mounting bracket 710 to lock or unlock the locking piece 730. In view of this, please refer to Figures 7, 8 and 12. The locking mechanism 750 also includes a manual unlocking switch 770, which is installed on the mounting bracket 710. The manual unlocking switch 770 is used to drive the locking member 751 to move relative to the mounting bracket 710 so that the locking member 751 can switch from the locked position to the unlocked position.
[0093] There are many types of manual unlocking switches 770. The manual unlocking switch 770 can be a dial block slidably mounted on the mounting bracket 710. The dial block slides relative to the mounting bracket 710 when the user turns it, thereby driving the locking member 751 to switch from the second locked position to the second unlocked position. The manual unlocking switch 770 can also be a dial rod rotatably mounted on the mounting bracket 710. The dial rod rotates relative to the mounting bracket 710 when the user turns it, thereby driving the locking member 751 to switch from the second locked position to the second unlocked position. The manual unlocking switch 770 can also be other structural members or structural components, which are not listed here one by one.
[0094] In some embodiments of the present application, refer to 12, the manual unlocking switch 770 includes a sleeve 771, a push head 772, a steel wire 773 and a trigger switch 774, the sleeve 771 is installed on the mounting bracket 710, one end of the steel wire 773 passes through the sleeve 771 and is connected to the push head 772, and the other end of the steel wire 773 is connected to the trigger switch 774. After the trigger switch 774 is triggered, the steel wire 773 can be controlled to move in the sleeve 771, thereby driving the contact 200 to move relative to the mounting bracket 710, and then the push head 772 can be used to drive the locking member 751 to move, thereby realizing manual unlocking.
[0095] There are many ways to fix the sleeve 771 on the mounting bracket 710. The sleeve 771 can be assembled to the mounting bracket 710 by plugging it into the mounting bracket 710. The sleeve 771 can also be fixed to the mounting bracket 710 by a clamp. The sleeve 771 can also be integrally formed with the mounting bracket 710. There is no limitation on how the sleeve 771 is specifically fixed to the mounting bracket 710.
[0096] The sleeve 771 can be made of plastic with higher hardness, or can be made of plastic with lower hardness. Preferably, the sleeve 771 is made of PVC plastic with better flexibility. With this arrangement, the installation position of the trigger switch 774 can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
[0097] The steel wire 773 has a certain degree of hardness and softness. The steel wire 773 can be a 1.5 mm hard steel wire 773. The hard steel wire 773 can be driven by external force to reciprocate in the sleeve 771, so that the abutting head 772 fixedly connected to one end of the hard steel wire 773 can apply force to the locking member 751.
[0098] There are many types of trigger switches 774, which can be telescopic structures or swing structures. They are not listed here one by one. Please refer to Figure 13. The trigger switch 774 includes a mounting seat 7741, a spring 7742 and a trigger head 7743. The trigger head 7743 is movably mounted on the mounting seat 7741. The spring 7742 is mounted on the mounting seat 7741 and acts on the trigger head 7743 to drive the trigger head 7743 to reset. One end of the trigger head 7743 is connected to the steel wire 773, and the other end of the trigger head 7743 can be pressed by the user to drive the steel wire 773 to move in the sleeve 771.
[0099] Furthermore, please refer to Figure 1. The above-mentioned drive shaft 720 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 710. The operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 also includes a drive handle 780. The drive handle 780 is used to dock with one end of the drive shaft 720. While docking with the drive shaft 720, the drive handle 780 can also trigger the manual release switch, so that the locking member 751 can be switched from the second locked position to the second unlocked position. After the locking shaft 740 is unlocked, the driving handle 780 drives the drive shaft 720 to rotate. The locking shaft 740 can be switched from the first locked position to the first unlocked position under the support of the locking piece 730.
[0100] Similarly, after the drive shaft 720 rotates a preset angle under the drive handle 780, the locking shaft 740 can lock the locking position of the corresponding position on the locking plate 730. At this time, the drive handle 780 is removed, and the manual unlocking switch 770 is reset to an untriggered state, so that the locking member 751 switches from the second unlocking position to the second locking position. In this way, the locking shaft 740 can be locked by relying on the locking member 751, so that the locking shaft 740 can lock the locking plate 730.
[0101] It is worth noting that the locking shaft 740 has a certain movement stroke. In order to facilitate confirmation that the locking shaft 740 has completed the unlocking of the locking plate 730, in some embodiments of the present application, please refer to Figures 7 and 8. The operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 is also provided with a detection switch 790 and a control device (not shown). The detection switch 790 is installed on the mounting bracket 710 and is triggered when the locking shaft 740 is in the first unlocking position. The control device is electrically connected to the detection switch 790 and the driving member 752. The control device controls the operation of the driving member 752 according to the detection result of the detection switch 790.
[0102] When the moving contact 200 needs to switch positions, the locking shaft 740 needs to unlock the locking piece 730. At this time, the control device controls the driving member 752 to work. When the driving member 752 drives the locking member 751 to move from the second locked position to the second unlocked position, the control device controls the driving member 752 to stop working; the locking shaft 740 can move relative to the mounting bracket 710 after the locking member 751 is unlocked. At this time, the locking shaft 740 moves from the first locked position to the first unlocked position under the support of the locking piece 730, and the detection switch 790 is in the locking position. When the shaft 740 is in the first unlocked position, it is triggered. Upon receiving the trigger signal from the detection switch 790, the control device controls the driving member 752 to operate, causing the driving member 752 to return to its original position. Under the action of the driving member 752, the locking member 751 switches from the second unlocked position to the second locked position. When the locking shaft 740 moves relative to the locking plate 730 to the corresponding locked position, the locking shaft 740 switches from the first unlocked position to the first locked position. When the locking shaft 740 switches to the first locked position, it is locked by the locking member 751. This configuration facilitates intelligent control of locking and unlocking the locking shaft 740.
[0103] It should be noted that there are many types of the above-mentioned detection switch 790. For example, the detection switch 790 is a micro switch, which is installed on the mounting bracket 710. The micro switch can be triggered when the locking shaft 740 is in the unlocked position. The micro switch is not triggered when the locking shaft 740 is in other positions. In this way, it is possible to accurately determine whether the locking body has completed unlocking the locking plate 730.
[0104] For another example, the detection switch 790 is a magnet and a magnetic induction component. The magnet is installed on the locking shaft 740, and the magnetic induction component is installed on the mounting bracket 710. When the locking shaft 740 is in the unlocking position, the magnetic field strength sensed by the magnetic induction component can trigger the magnetic induction component to generate an unlocking signal. When the locking shaft 740 is in other positions, the magnetic field strength sensed by the magnetic induction component cannot trigger the magnetic induction component to generate an unlocking signal. This can also be used to determine whether the locking body has completed unlocking the locking plate 730.
[0105] Based on the above embodiments, a box body 713 is formed on the mounting bracket 710 of the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 in the present application. The box body 713 can be formed by a structure on the mounting bracket 710, or the box body 713 can be a box structure fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket 710. No specific limitation is made here. The locking shaft 740 and the locking mechanism 750 are both installed in the box body 713. When the locking shaft 740 is in the first locked position, it extends out of the box body 713. When the locking shaft 740 is in the first unlocked position, it retracts into the box body 713. This arrangement can prevent the locking shaft 740 and the locking mechanism 750 from being interfered with by external factors.
[0106] The present application also proposes a three-position knife switch 1000, please refer to Figures 1 to 5. The three-position knife switch 1000 includes a supporting bracket 100, a moving contact 200, a feeder terminal 300, an isolation terminal 400, a contact network terminal 500, a grounding terminal 600 and an operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000. The specific structure of the operating device 700 of the three-position knife switch 1000 refers to the above embodiment. Since the three-position knife switch 1000 adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, it at least has all the beneficial effects brought about by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, which will not be repeated here.
[0107] Among them, the moving contact 200 is movably installed on the supporting bracket 100 and is electrically connected to the contact network terminal 500. The feeder terminal 300, the isolation terminal 400 and the grounding terminal 600 are arranged at intervals on the mounting bracket 710. The moving contact 200 moves relative to the mounting bracket 710 to be electrically connected to the feeder terminal 300, the isolation terminal 400 and the grounding terminal 600.
[0108] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and does not limit the patent scope of the present application. All equivalent structural transformations made by using the contents of the present application description and drawings under the inventive concept of the present application, or direct / indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present application.
