Beverage dispensing apparatus

Abstract

A beverage dispenser 100 comprising a dispensing head 102, cleaning attachment 114 and means for attaching the attachment to the head 120, 122. The dispensing head has at least one fluid inlet (104a Fig 2), fluid outlet (106 Fig 2) and at least one return conduit with an inlet (110 Fig 2) which may be proximal to the fluid outlet. The cleaning attachment is hollowed out to allow for fitting and sealing around the fluid outlet and return conduit inlet and the outside of the dispensing head. The apparatus or head may be cylindrical, and may terminate in a conical nozzle, which the return conduit may be located thereon (110 Fig 2). The apparatus or head may comprise two inlets and a single outlet which may combine in a single chamber prior to being dispensed (124 Fig 5), and may comprise a coolant flow path. The attachment means may comprise a quick release, locking member, screw or bayonet coupling.
