Abstract
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a system and method for accurately determining the elemental percent compositions of multicomponent alloys directly from their measured densities. This is achieved through a novel density fingerprinting approach implemented in the Density Decoding System (DDS). A secondary objective is to leverage the DDS and its autopoietic quantized e-Phantom database for the design and discovery of new alloys with desired properties.
