Description

Field of the invention The present invention relates to a ceramic pizza stone that is quickly heated in a domestic fan and / or grill oven, can hold the heat, which results in baking several pizzas in a row fast and getting a crusty golden base like from a professional pizza oven. Background of the invention Most ceramic pizza stones available on marketplaces usually require about an hour to be heated in a domestic fan and / or grill oven at its highest temperature. To bake a pizza, it is required another 12-15 minutes. Most ceramic pizza stones may also lose their heat when a user wants to bake another pizza, as pizza's dough takes some part of the heat from a pizza stone. Without waiting for a pizza stone is heated back to its high temperature, a user will get a 'white' pizza's base, which is disappointing. To get a nice golden base a pizza stone is usually required another half an hour to be heated back to its high temperature. In total the time that is required to heat a conventional pizza stone and then to bake pizzas is very time and energy consuming. To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention provides a pizza stone unit to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems. The main objective of the present invention is to provide a pizza stone that can be quickly heated and can hold the heat while baking pizzas, which provides a satisfactory experience for the user. The pizza stone unit comprising: - a top pizza stone with a channel for a coil on the bottom; - a coil that is placed in that channel so the coil is inside the top of the pizza stone; - a base pizza stone that supports the top pizza stone with the coil; - two heat resistant wire connectors; - two heat resistant wires that are connected to the different ends of the coil using these two heat resistant wire connectors; - a heat-resistant sleeve that covers the heat-resistant wires; - two wire connectors that connect these two heat resistant wires to a wire; - a timer based on an ESP board; - both the top and base pizza stones are fastened with at least two bolts. The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a pizza stone unit in accordance with the present invention; Fig.2 shows another way of positioning of a channel (19) where both top (17) and bottom (18) pizza stones have channels for the coil. Fig.3 shows a positioning of a pizza stone unit (21) in a domestic fan and / or grill oven (20) when its door is open. Fig.4 shows a positioning of a pizza stone unit (21) a domestic fan and / or grill oven (20) when its door is closed. Detailed description of the drawings Referring to Fig. 1, the pizza stone unit of the present invention comprises a top pizza stone (1) with a channel (2) for a coil (3) on the bottom; a coil (3) that is placed in that channel (2) so the coil is inside the top of the pizza stone (1); a base pizza stone (4) that supports the top pizza stone (1) with the coil (3); two heat resistant wire connectors (9); two heat resistant wires (10) that are connected to the different ends of the coil (3) using the two heat resistant wire connectors (9); two heat-resistant sleeves (11) each of those covers each of the heat-resistant wires (10); two wire connectors (13) that connect the two heat-resistant wires (10) to a wire (14); a heat-resistant sleeve (12) that covers heat-resistant sleeves (11) and wire connectors (13); a timer based on an ESP board (15) that plugs (16) into a standard outlet; both the top (1) and the base (4) pizza stones have holes (6, 7) and are fastened by the bolts (5) and their nuts (8). Referring to Fig.4 a pizza stone unit (21) is placed in a centre of a domestic fan and / or grill oven (20). The oven (20) is turned on and is heating to its highest temperature. A plug (27) is inserted into the socket, the current passing through the wires (26) and heats the coil (24). In turn, the coil (24) heats the upper stone (23). A timer (22) works automatically and is set to turn on for the first 10 minutes while the coil (24) is heating. The temperature of the upper pizza stone (23) reaches 290C and is measured by an infrared thermometer (Bosch infrared thermometer UniversalTemp was used, its range is -30C ... +500C). It has been found through experiments that to maintain the optimum temperature (290C +- 20C) of the top pizza stone, the timer should be continually switched off for 1 minute and then switched on again for 1 minute after the first 10 minutes of operation. An oven’s door remains slightly open (25) by the thickness of a wire (7-1 Omm). Slightly opened oven’s door allows excess moisture to escape like in a professional pizza oven.
