Abstract

This application provides a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. In the battery cell, at least one of a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate contains a gel electrolyte on top thereof, such that a confined electrolyte remains on top of the battery cell, reducing the risk of electrolyte solution being pushed out, and reducing the risk of electrolyte deficiency on top of the cell during the cycling process of the battery cell, thereby enabling the battery cell to maintain better cycling performance based on increased energy density resulting from a larger size and / or lower solution injection coefficient of the battery cell.
