Abstract
This invention relates to the field of portable ventilator enclosure engineering. This portable ventilator has a unique internal geometric architecture, with a compact, efficient internal component layout with a high degree of ease of manufacture. The advantage of this enclosure is that it has an integrated cooling ventilation system with an effective component layout so that temperature control is more efficient and meets medical device industry standards. This invention provides a modular and compact configured shell structure and internal structure that integrates cable and air hose routes in an organized manner and is supported by proven cooling ventilation. This structure is composed of a front and a rear section that serves to support electronic-pneumatic components, equipped with a filter housing, a fan housing, and a flow direction channel.The filter housing is installed separately for cleanliness and ease of maintenance. The fan housing is also designed to dampen vibrations and prevent air leakage. The honeycomb structure of the guide ducts is designed to reduce turbulence, resulting in laminar airflow.
