Generator core plate

Abstract

This article is a core plate that forms the rotor or stator of a generator. This core plate is a thin core plate with a thickness of about 0.5 mm. As is clear from the reference figure, it is formed by an arcuate yoke, a T-shaped tooth extending outward from the outer peripheral side of this yoke, a protrusion provided at one end of the yoke, a groove provided at the other end, and two bolt holes. As is clear from the reference figure of the usage state, four of these core plates are combined by the protrusion and the groove to form a disc-shaped core plate. A plurality of these disc-shaped core plates are laminated to form a laminated core of the rotor or stator in the generator. Bolts are inserted into the bolt holes to fix the laminated core plates.
