Ball mill liner fixing bolt removal tool

Abstract

This product is a liner fixing bolt removal jig used to quickly and easily remove broken bolts from the liner of a ball mill used for crushing limestone and the like when the liner fixing bolts break due to deterioration over time or impact. Its shape is as shown in the reference diagram and perspective view illustrating the state of use, and consists of a gantry frame equipped with a hydraulic jack case for mounting a hydraulic jack, a solid frame plate for fixing the gantry frame to the ball mill body, and a frame body suspension ring fixed to the upper part of the frame. The gantry frame is fixed using the liner fixing bolts on both sides of the broken bolt to be removed, and the broken bolt is pushed out by the hydraulic jack.
