Abstract

This article is a transport vehicle for carrying a person, and as shown in the reference diagram, it is composed of a cart section and a boarding section on which the person sits. The boarding section is provided with a nozzle, a footrest, and side fences located on both sides of the upper limbs and waist of the person. As shown in the front view at the time of transfer, the side fence can be rotated so as to move away from the position directly to the side of the person on the boarding section, and the state of the footrest can be changed as shown in the front view at the time of transfer and the front view at the time of transport. The boarding section can be changed in position between a chair state and a stretcher state. This article is used for bathing assistance. For example, a bather (not shown) is transferred from a bed to a transport vehicle, and the transport vehicle is transported close to a bathtub, and the transport vehicle with the boarding section in a chair state is moved laterally (left and right as seen from the bather on the boarding section) to enter the bathtub. As shown in the reference diagram, the boarding section separated from the cart section is inserted into the bathtub, and the cart section is stored below the bathtub. After that, the door stored below the bathtub is pulled out, rotated upward, and closed, and hot water is supplied to the bathtub to allow the bather to take a bath. When taking a bath, hot water can be sprayed from a nozzle onto the bather's shoulders and chest.
