Abstract
The article of this design is a diaphragm pump that transfers fluid by reciprocating a rod with diaphragms attached to both ends using compressed air. This article has diaphragms in the left and right casings via an air valve with a built-in spool. Compressed air is supplied from an air supply port and exhausted from an exhaust port. Fluid is sucked in from an intake port of the in-manifold and discharged from an exhaust port of the out-manifold.
