Pressing plate for inner and outer pipe fixing support jig

Abstract

This item is a pressure plate which is a part of an inner and outer tube fixing and support jig, and as shown in the reference diagram, when fixing and supporting inner and outer tubes with circular cross sections which fit together, at the fitting position of the inner and outer tubes, each of a pair of pressing portions of the pressure plate with a U-shaped cross section is passed through the corresponding through slits of the outer tube, and then the male threaded portion of the fastening screw is passed through the clearance hole in the pressure plate and screwed into the female threaded portion provided on the surface of the outer tube.As a result, each of a pair of pressing surfaces of the pressure plate which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the inner and outer tubes is shaped to follow the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube, it abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube to fix and support the inner and outer tubes.
