Frying pan paper lid

Abstract

This disposable cardboard lid can be used in place of existing lids (glass, metal, or plastic lids) to prevent oil from splashing when cooking with a frying pan or pot, and can also be used for steaming. It has a steam hole near the center, and the four corners can be used as handles. It can also be used with induction cooking heaters. Reference Figure 1 is a top view of an example of use when cooking with a home induction cooking heater, where the lid is placed directly over a household frying pan to cover it, and Reference Figure 2 is a front view of Reference Figure 1.
