Bicycle footrest mounting bracket

Abstract

The article of this design is a metal fitting for attaching a "foot rest" to a bicycle. Reference perspective view 1 is a diagram showing the state in which the article is attached to a general "support frame" (commercially available). Reference perspective view 2 is a diagram showing the state in which an openable "foot rest" (commercially available) is attached to the article attached to the "support frame". Reference perspective view 3 is a diagram showing the state in which the article is attached to the bicycle frame via the "support frame" and the "foot rest" is attached to the article. Conventionally, it was common to fix the "foot rest" to a rod on the extension line of the axle, and it was not possible to fix the "foot rest" in a place where there was no attachment point immediately below the saddle. The "bicycle foot rest attachment fitting", which is the article of this design, is attached and fixed to the bicycle frame via the "support frame", so that the left and right attachment axes for fixing the "foot rest" can be easily provided immediately below the saddle.
