Abstract

This article is a body for a diaphragm valve. A diaphragm valve communicates or blocks the flow of a fluid, and is provided with seven valve seats to which diaphragms serving as valve bodies are attached, and the seven diaphragms switch the flow of fluid from six inlets or outlets (Ports 1 to 6). The seven valve seats (Valve Seats 1 to 7) formed on the body may adopt a so-called wearless structure, in which case the flow path is formed penetrating in the longitudinal direction. The seven valve seats are fitted with diaphragms that come into contact with and separate from the valve seats, and actuators that operate the diaphragms. The actuators can be fluid (compressed air, etc.), electrically driven, or can be manual handles. Reference FIG. 3 shows an example in which an actuator operated by compressed air is provided. The communication between each inlet or outlet (Port 1 to 6) and the seven valve seats (Valve Seats 1 to 7) inside the block is not particularly limited, but for example, P1 to P6 and V1 to V7 shown in the reference figures and reference figures 2 are connected.
