Abstract
This article is a wooden stand with an audio amplification function that is used to place a smartphone vertically and amplifies the sound emitted from the smartphone. The dashed line indicates only the boundary between the part for which design registration is sought as a partial design and the other parts. As shown in Reference Figure 1, this stand has a cylindrical shape with both ends open as a whole, and has an opening (through hole) on the top surface that is long in the axial direction and into which a smartphone can be inserted in a vertical position. In this way, as shown in Reference Figure 3, the smartphone can be inserted from the opening on the top surface and placed on the bottom of the stand, so that the smartphone can be propped up and held in the stand. Furthermore, when the sound of music, videos, etc. is generated from the internal speaker of the smartphone placed on this stand to the outside, the sound is amplified in the space inside the stand and is emitted from the open surfaces on both ends of the stand, and the user can enjoy the amplified sound. In particular, in this stand, as shown in Reference Figure 2, the opening on the top surface is formed larger than the horizontal cross-section of the smartphone in a vertical position so that the smartphone can be inserted while it is stored in the smartphone case. Furthermore, a groove is formed in the bottom of the stand, facing the opening on the top, with a width longer than the length of the opening on the top (the length corresponding to the axial direction of the stand) and smaller than the thickness of the bottom of the smartphone in the vertical position. In this way, as shown in reference figure 3, in this stand, the smartphone is inserted from the opening on the top of the stand and placed on the bottom of the stand, on the groove, so that the contact area between the bottom of the smartphone and the bottom of the stand is small, and the smartphone is floating on the groove. As a result, the entire six sides of the smartphone are generally non-contact within the stand, and when sounds such as music and videos are generated from the smartphone's internal speaker, the sound can be amplified with higher quality. In particular, since the internal speaker that generates sounds such as music and videos of the smartphone is often installed at the bottom of the smartphone, this sound amplification effect is large.
