Bolt for rail fastening

Abstract

The article according to this design is a rail fastening bolt used to fasten a rail to a support like a bolster with a leaf spring as shown in the reference drawing indicating the functions of each part. As shown in the reference front view indicating the functions of each part, this rail fastening bolt is fixed to the support by rotating its hexagonal head, receives the load lifted by the load receiving part, and the washer pressing part presses the adjusting washer inserted between the leaf spring compressed by receiving the load pushed down. As shown in Reference Drawing 1 indicating the usage state, when there is a gap between the bottom of the rail and the support, as shown in Reference Drawing 2 indicating the usage state, the load receiving part is lifted and the leaf spring is pushed down so that this gap disappears. Then, as shown in Reference Drawing 3 indicating the usage state, the adjusting washer is inserted into the gap formed between the pushed-down leaf spring and the washer pressing part to fasten the rail to the support.
