Wire mesh connector

Abstract

This article is a wire mesh connector 1 for connecting wire meshes K arranged on a cliff surface as shown in the reference diagram indicating the usage state. Also, as shown in the reference diagram (A) for explaining the wire mesh connection operation, the wire mesh connector 1 is inserted into the overlapping portion of the wire meshes K1 and K2 and placed in the opposing regions of the tip portions 9 and 10 of the opposing pieces 2 and 3. As shown in the reference diagram (B) for explaining the wire mesh connection operation, the wire mesh connector 1 is further advanced to bring the inclined pieces 5 and 6 into contact with the wire meshes K1 and K2. Since the inclined pieces 5 and 6 are in an inclined posture with their tip portions facing the support piece 4 side, they elastically deform in the opening direction when pushed by the wire meshes K1 and K2. Then, as shown in the reference diagram (C) for explaining the wire mesh connection operation, when the wire meshes K1 and K2 pass between the inclined pieces 5 and 6, the inclined pieces 5 and 6 close, and the wire meshes K1 and K2 are connected via the wire mesh connector 1.
