Abstract

This article is an electrical measuring instrument. A handle is attached to the side surface of its housing. By a person gripping and applying force to this handle, the electrical measuring instrument can be carried or used to move the position of the electrical measuring instrument. Further, a bumper (shock-absorbing member) for mitigating impact is attached to a corner of the back surface of the electrical measuring instrument. These bumpers also function as legs when the electrical measuring instrument is placed vertically with its back surface facing downwards.
