Rotating joint for flexible tubing

Abstract

The article of the design is a fitting that connects to the end of a metal spiral pipe. It consists of two parts: a spiral pipe fitting that screws into the groove of the spiral pipe, and a connecting fitting that is attached to equipment such as a control panel. After fitting this spiral pipe fitting to the connecting fitting, the fitting is crimped to prevent it from easily coming loose and allow it to rotate freely. In addition, by providing a screw in the connecting fitting, it is designed to prevent it from rotating more than 360 degrees. As a result, even if a torsional force is applied to the flexible cable, the fitting rotates, so no load is placed on the flexible cable, and since it does not rotate more than necessary, there is a reduced risk of the internal cable being twisted and damaged.
