Abstract

This device is primarily installed inside containers loaded onto aircraft, and generates an electric field inside the container, vibrating the water molecules in food and other items stored therein, creating an environment that is less likely to freeze even at sub-zero temperatures, suppressing the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms, and maintaining the freshness of food and other items.
