Gastrostomy nutritional supplement administration device

Abstract

This article is a gastrostomy nutrient administration device for administering gastrostomy nutrient to a patient. The article is used by fixing a nutrient-containing bag containing gastrostomy nutrient to a clamping device using a fixing plate with a discharge port formed at the front end of the bag protruding forward through a connection hole, detachably connecting one end of a gastrostomy tube to the discharge port of the nutrient-containing bag, and detachably connecting the other end of the gastrostomy tube to the patient's gastrostomy stoma. Next, a winding device is attached to the rear end of the nutrient-containing bag, and the nutrient-containing bag is gradually squeezed using the winding device, starting from the rear end, causing the gastrostomy nutrient to be discharged from the discharge port of the nutrient-containing bag, allowing the gastrostomy nutrient to be administered to the patient via the gastrostomy tube. In this product, the clamping tool is attached to the support plate so that it can rotate vertically around a first pivot axis, allowing for smooth squeezing of the gastrostomy nutrient solution from the nutrient solution bag using the winding tool. Furthermore, in this product, the support plate is attached to the support base so that it can rotate horizontally around a second pivot axis, allowing for easy change of the direction of the discharge port of the nutrient solution bag attached to the clamping tool.
