Abstract

This product is a complex building used as an apartment building, condominium, apartment complex, house, hotel, library, art museum, commercial complex, children's center, office, research institute, or a facility that includes several of these. Louvers are installed to cover the entire balcony and window, and have the following features: (1) prevent accidents such as falls by young children; (2) provide adequate sun protection to prevent indoor temperatures from rising in the summer; and (3) enhance the design by highlighting the vertical direction. The louvers are installed in a way that complies with various regulations, such as the Building Standards Act and the Fire Service Act, so that they can be removed as needed.
