Abstract

This automated guided vehicle (AGV) is used to transport parts, products, and other items within facilities such as factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, libraries, and offices. Its top surface is equipped with a lift for lifting the object, its bottom surface with a pair of drive wheels and driven wheels near the four corners, its front and rear sides equipped with sensors such as LiDAR for measuring its own position and detecting obstacles, and its four truncated corners, which form an approximately rectangular shape when viewed from above, are equipped with indicator lights indicating the vehicle's operating status. The object may be placed directly on the vehicle, or it may be transported by climbing under a cart or similar object and supporting it from below, or a cart loaded with the object may be connected to the lift using a jig and towed. By carrying or supporting the object, or by towing it, the vehicle can transport various objects unmanned. This vehicle can travel using methods such as magnetic guidance and SLAM guidance. When the lift is raised, it looks like the "Left side view with the lift raised" or the "Left front perspective view with the lift raised." In addition, by pressing the emergency stop switch during transport or other operations, the operation can be stopped.
