Abstract

This item is a remote control key with a built-in personal authentication communication medium that is read by a personal authentication device. A slightly curved depression running vertically from top to bottom is formed on the front of the remote control key, and two buttons (lock button and unlock button) are provided side by side along the depression (see reference perspective diagram). When a person carrying the remote control key approaches the personal authentication device or presses either of the two buttons, the personal authentication device locks or unlocks the lock.
