Abstract
This product is a test chip for measuring target components in a sample solution. When the sample solution is introduced into the inlet portion shown in the reference diagram indicating the names of each part, it flows through the flow portion by capillary action and reaches the retention portion. Because reagents are held in the flow portion and retention portion, the target components can be measured by a predetermined reaction, such as a color reaction, that occurs in the retention portion. As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of the AA portion, the cutout portion is a roughly V-shaped cutout portion that functions as a flow path wall for dividing the sample solution into two directions and then merging them near the center line of the retention portion. This is intended to concentrate the target components in the sample solution near the center line, making it easier to measure the target components by observing color, etc.
