Abstract
This set of images is used on a screen to grasp the position and orientation of a remote camera connected to a communications network. This set of images consists of image A and image B. Image A is an image that changes with operation and includes a pointer to indicate the current orientation and an angle image to help intuitively understand the pointer's orientation (together referred to as the "orientation display unit"). Image A's orientation display unit can be rotated either clockwise (Figure 1 → Figure 2 → Figure 3 → Figure 4 → Figure 5 → Figure 1 in Image A) or counterclockwise (Figure 1 → Figure 5 → Figure 4 → Figure 3 → Figure 2 → Figure 1 in Image A). Image A is operated by rotating the orientation display unit and the surrounding area, for example, by dragging. On the other hand, image B is an image that can be placed on a map or aerial photograph and can be moved with operation. It also changes with operation of image A and includes a position marker to indicate the camera's position and an angle image to intuitively indicate the camera's approximate orientation. When image A is operated to rotate its orientation display unit, the angle image of image B also rotates in conjunction. The direction of the orientation display unit of image A and the direction of the angle image of image B are the same, and when the orientation display unit of image A is set to the state of Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, or Fig. 5 of image A, the angle image of image B is set to the state of Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, or Fig. 5 of image B, respectively. A specific explanation will be given below using reference drawings showing an example of an embodiment. Image B is placed on a map and can be freely moved on the map by dragging. Operate and move image B to set the position marker to the actual location where the remote camera is installed. Then, by manipulating image A and aligning the pointer with the actual camera direction (144° in the reference image), the angle image of image B will also face in that direction. This allows you to understand the actual position and direction of the remote camera connected to the communication network by looking at the situation of image B on the map.
