Abstract

The article of the present design is a clip suitable for handicrafts, such as for coating items, securing items when gluing, and assembling items. As shown in the reference drawings indicating the names of each part, the clip of the present design has a pair of clamping parts for clamping items and a pair of knobs for opening and closing the pair of clamping parts, each of which is covered with a relatively flexible cover such as rubber. As shown in the enlarged view of part AA, the clamping surfaces of the pair of clamping parts are formed as parallel planes, making it easy to clamp even small or delicate items. As shown in Reference 1, which shows the state of use, the clip of the present design has flat bottom edges, allowing it to stand on its own with the clamping parts facing up, and in this state, it can hold an item clamped between the clamping parts. As shown in Reference 2 and Reference 3, which show the state of use, the clip of the present design has recesses around the pivot axis on the left and right sides, and the end of the pivot fits into these recesses, allowing it to be stable when placed on its left or right side.
