Abstract

This image is used to display the thrust strength, current thrust direction, and commanded thrust direction of the propeller installed on the vessel. As shown in the "Reference image explaining each part," the current thrust strength is indicated by the size of the gauge extending from the reference line toward the tip. Furthermore, the thrust strength gauge extends to one side of the reference line when the propeller is rotating forward, and to the other side when the propeller is rotating reversely. The commanded thrust direction indicates the thrust direction commanded by the automatic ship steering system or manual operation.
