Liquid impact plate for atomizer

Abstract

This product is a liquid collision plate for a sprayer, and is used to atomize the liquid in a tank installed in the sprayer. Specifically, as shown in the reference diagram illustrating the usage state, this product is installed at the spray nozzle of the sprayer, and the liquid in the tank is sprayed onto the raised portion of the product. As a result, the liquid in the tank collides with the raised portion of the product and is then atomized by the air blowing from the air blowing means installed in the sprayer, and can be sprayed around the sprayer. Such a sprayer is installed, for example, in a greenhouse and sprays water in a mist to adjust the temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse. Such a sprayer is also installed, for example, in a kitchen and sprays medicinal liquid in a mist to disinfect the entire kitchen. The reference diagram showing a portion of this product shows the parts that make up the product, and this product can be manufactured by connecting eight of these parts.
