Packaging containers

Abstract

This product is a packaging container formed by pressing a sheet-like blank shown in the reference diagram. As the blank shown in the reference diagram is folded in mountain folds along the dashed lines and valley folds along the dashed lines, the blank is heated while being pressed during molding. This melts the synthetic resin coating layer on the surface of the blank, and the blank is compressed to maintain its shape as a packaging container. Furthermore, the outer edge of the blank is edge-rolled, forming an edge-rolled portion with a roughly circular cross-section at the edge of the container, thereby improving overall strength and stably maintaining the shape of the container. This product has an octagonal bottom and two horizontal grooves formed by steps on the sides, making it highly resistant to twisting and suitable for wrap packaging and shrink film packaging.
