Abstract
This product is a slicer in which the slicing blade is positioned diagonally to the direction of food movement and the contact surface with the food has a gentle slope, resulting in a highly aesthetically pleasing design and excellent cutting performance. Furthermore, the slope of the contact surface with the food reduces frictional resistance between the food and the contact surface, shortening the contact time between the food and the slicer blade, thereby achieving a light cutting feel. This product is disassembled as shown in the exploded perspective view.
