Ballet shoes

Abstract

This article is a shoe used in classical ballet, and as shown in the reference diagram, it comprises an upper cover, a first upper sole, a second upper sole, a lower cover, a first lower sole, and a second lower sole. This article is formed into the shape of a foot by sewing the upper cover and the first upper sole together, sewing the lower cover and the first lower sole together, sewing the upper cover and the lower cover together, and sewing the first upper sole and the first lower sole together. The second upper sole is sewn over the outside of the first upper sole, and the second lower sole is sewn over the outside of the first lower sole. The upper cover, first upper sole, and second upper sole occupy approximately the upper half, and the lower cover, first lower sole, and second lower sole occupy approximately the lower half. The part for which design registration as a partial design is sought is the surface of the toe portion of the upper cover, first upper sole, and second upper sole, and includes the seams (pleats) formed by sewing the upper cover and the first upper sole together.
