Abstract

This item is a vest worn by traffic controllers at road construction sites and other locations. This item is designed to store a dedicated portable traffic signal light in a compartment on the inside of the front panel, and a mobile battery in a compartment on the outside of the back panel. The item has openings on both sides, and by unbuckling the adjustment belts on both sides, it can be unfolded into a single piece of fabric, making it easy to store the dedicated portable traffic signal light in the internal compartment of the front panel. Because this item is made of mesh fabric, the highly directional LED light passes through the mesh fabric while being moderately diffused, allowing the light of the LED portable traffic signal light to be clearly visible from the outside without the need for a transparent section on the front. Traffic controllers wearing this product can switch the display of the portable traffic signal light between red, off, and blue by toggling a hand switch with a single circuit and two contacts with a center point located in the power cord (not shown) connecting the portable traffic signal light and the mobile battery, thereby guiding people and vehicles to stop or proceed.
