To provide a technique which can improve the visibility of defect information obtained as a result of image analysis and displayed so as to be superimposed on the image subjected to image analysis.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: acquisition means for acquiring a captured image of an inspection target; analysis means for performing image analysis on the image acquired by the acquisition means and detecting defect information; control means for displaying the image acquired by the acquisition means so as to be superimposed on the defect information obtained by the image analysis with a predetermined transmittance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
