Abstract

To provide technology which allows a user to grasp an expected cognitive function improvement effect by listening to sound corresponding to an acoustic signal which is amplitude-modulated.SOLUTION: A signal processing device includes: signal output means for outputting an acoustic signal which is generated by amplitude modulation and has a change of amplitude corresponding to a frequency of a gamma wave; storage means for storing information on the acoustic signal outputted by the signal output means; and score output means for outputting a score which is determined on the basis of information stored by the storage means and is associated with a size of a cognitive function improvement effect corresponding to the acoustic signal outputted by the signal output means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
