Kneading state estimation device and method

Abstract

To provide a kneading state estimation device and method capable of estimating a kneading state with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A kneading state estimation device 1 includes: a sensor 11 that is provided in a kneader 10 to detect vibration; an analysis processing part 22 that performs frequency analysis on an output of the sensor 11, divides frequency into predetermined intervals based on a result of the frequency analysis, and obtains a spectrum that indicates a distribution of an intensity of the output of the sensor 11 for each interval; and an estimation processing part 23 that estimates a kneading state corresponding to the spectrum to be estimated using a trained model 33 that has been trained in advance using training data including a spectrum obtained during normal kneading in which kneading has been sufficiently performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
